This is the first time I've ever been motivated enough to leave a review on Yelp. This company is a very amateur operation charging professional prices. You're seriously much better off going with another moving company. (This is their first review on Yelp, too, so you know it's bad.) Some context: I needed some furniture and about 10-15 boxes moved. Without getting into details, I just needed some stuff moved to my new place ASAP, for now, and would have the rest moved at a later time. Reasons they are terrible:1) The two guys showed up an hour and fifteen minutes after the scheduled pick-up window. Pick up window is 9-11. Guy calls at 10:30 to say he's nearby. Doesn't get there till 12:15. When I press him on it, guy gets bullshitty with me. Doesn't factor lateness in as reason for a discount. This alone is probably reason enough.2) During that call at 10:30, guy tells me they only accept cash. First time I'm hearing this. Guy gets bullshitty about this being the first time they're telling me cash only.3) After the move, guy gives me a hard time about it being more than 10 boxes; we originally discussed it being about 10 boxes. I was like, if you only want to move 10 boxes instead of 15 then just move the 10 boxes. Don't move 15 and tell me you're "overlooking" the extra boxes afterward. I'm obviously not moving out today b/c a bunch of stuff is still at my old place anyway.4) Unreasonably slow, especially given that you pay by the hour. I've had other moving company's move twice as much stuff in less time. While other moving companies start the clock and get moving, these guys took their time, sometimes carried one box at a time (while other moving companies can move three at a time on a dolly), tried to small talk with me at one point, and made a pitstop on the way to the drop-off location; drive-time is included in the total time, by the way.5) Somewhat careless with boxes, even when they're labelled "glassware." Nothing was broken but still. Bumped a dresser into the wall and left a scuff mark.6) Way over-priced for what you get. Again, an amateur operation charging professional prices.

I really wish I had read the previous review.  My mistake.  So, here is the deal.  I usually do all my own moving myself.  Yet, my body reminded me that I am not as young as I thought that I was.  I broke down and decided a mover would be quite helpful at this point.  I found one in Plano that I was going to use.  But, I was on my phone at the time trying to set up the appointment.  I flipped over the the old laptop.  Entered in the same search details and boom.  These clowns pop up.  Thinking that they were the same as the previous that I was trying to get set up with I moved forward.  I gave my details at 6 a.m.  I expected that I would receive a call at around 7 a.m. when they opened up.  After 7:30 I realize that the cavalry was not coming and it was up to me to continue were I left off.  Just a little before 10 a.m. I receive a phone call.  Oh, we tried to email you back but your email address was bounced back.  It is the same email address that I have had for over 21 years.  There just isn't any way that I could have mis-typed it.  After we went back and forth regarding the email address I had to break it to the bread and butter of the call instead of what email to use.  He stated that it would be $90 dollars with a 2 hour minimum.  Yet, their website says, "The minimum charge for your small or mini move is $95.00. For some mini and small moves in the DFW area there will be a fuel charge, but won't exceed $75.00."  Talk about bait and switch.  Or, as lawyers like call False Advertising.  Yet, given the time and such.  I agreed to the terms.  I then spelled out what I needed.  I needed a few pieces of furniture moved from the garage to the 3rd and 4th floors of our apartment to make room for the last bit of furniture to be brought over from the garage of the old location back to the new location.  Oh they could not do the haul up to the 3rd and 4th floors that additional man power would be needed and that they could do it tomorrow.  (Tomorrow is not Same Day).  I broke and said fine we will just move the remainder of items from the old location to the new location.  He asked for me to text him the addresses.  Which I did.  I get a response back that they will be ready to meet at the old location between 11:30 and 12:30.  At 1:15 they arrive.  I point out that there is a truck wrecking tree.  He took and additional ten minutes to get turned around so that he could "drive out when we were done."  I helped to move the three remaining pieces from upstairs down and left the contents of the garage to be picked up by them:  old school sewing machine w/chair, several milk crates with odds and ends, a hope chest, a small desk, a shop fan, a box fan, a wheel chair and large white board.  It took them 50 minutes to get all this loaded.  Hell I moved a lot of it to the back of their truck for them...  We drive off to the new location, not more than a mile or two from the other.  Once again the driver wasted time in backing the truck up to the driveway.  Granted I pulled into the neighbor's drive so that they could pull in to mine.  It took them another 50 minutes to get unloaded and straight into a garage.  No hauling up into the residence.  The driver came up to me spouted out a few  numbers like he was doing the math in his head; that would be $255.  I asked him if he had change.  "For what?"  "$300." (holding up three one hundred dollar bills).  He pulls out this cluster wad of $20's and $10's.  But, heaven forbid he doesn't have any $5's.  Imagine that "How about $260 and we call it square?"  At this point, I am like sure just to get you off my property and out of my life.  What more can I say but this I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!!!
