This is an absolutely fantastic moving company!! I will ALWAYS use them, and will make sure everyone I know also uses them! I was recommended this company by a coworker who used them. She told me a lot of her friends also had great experiences with them. I have to admit, when I called the woman seemed a bit disorganized and I had some doubts that the movers would show up! However, the morning of my move Patricio and Juan showed up exactly on time. These guys were able to move everything I needed to the truck (almost a full 2 bd 2 bath) within 45 minutes! The unloading process at my new place was equally as smooth. The movers were both extremely polite and efficient, while also being very careful with my furniture. I called a lot of different moving companies and this company was DEFINITELY the most affordable. Thank you Progressive Moving!

Once I got through all my box's which too me a few months due to family issues, one being a death in the family of my grandmother. I realized I was missing some very important items. Some special order items & my grand parents photograph. I contacted the office. I was told it had been too long to complain. I didn't know I had a time limit to unpack my stuff. Anyhow when the movers were done there was still items in the truck, I was told they weren't mine... I'd think the truck should be empty after each move. Something seemed fishy but I gave them a nice tip. So I'm out items very important to me. I was asked how the move went, well that's besides the point! I want my belongings back!

I really wanted these guys to be good because they were recommended to me by a friend, but I won't be using them again. Setting up the date for services was fine initially, although they told me to expect a confirmation call and I never got one. They showed up in a trailer rather than an actual moving truck which was strange but not a deal breaker. The two movers were polite enough, but rather cold and unfriendly. Not a huge issue for me, though. The issue was when they broke something of mine and also scratched up my new washer. I pointed it out to one of the movers and he didn't offer to compensate for the damage or even apologize. I was really annoyed, but the broken item was only $60 so I didn't bother pursuing...  I then asked if they would take the broken furniture to the dumpster since it was too large for my car, and I obviously had no use of it anymore. The guy seemed super annoyed and inconvenienced that I even asked. All around, they weren't terrible if you're on a budget, but I wouldn't trust them with expensive and/or sentimental furniture. If you are browsing reviews to find movers, I would recommend Around the Block. (used them once & was satisfied)

These guys are atrocious. Getting straight answers from their call center was impossible while my stuff was in their hands - where my stuff was en route, repeatedly confusing the destination info with the origin, and after repeated promises that they'd call me back the next day with more information - I had to call them back - & for all the effort I made in trying to figure out where my stuff was, they called me rude. And while the arrival of my things was WAY behind schedule, no one - whether at the call center or the movers I talked to on the phone & who arrived in their own good time - took responsibility for anything.Responsibility for destroying the tall almost antique bookshelves I inherited from my grandfather, the boxes of books smashed open then dumped into a larger box (totally hidden from view until opened), one corner of my box spring mashed in, & the generally banged up & sorry state all my boxes were in upon arrival. Even the box my bicycle was in had a hole & expensive small parts were missing. And their insurance options don't even begin to cover the value of the damage. This place should be shut down.
