This review is coming pretty late, but better late than never I guess. I used this moving service to move from Dallas, TX to Las Vegas, NV in August of 2015. Although it was pretty pricey, it was the lowest cost of all the other moving services and the movers were professional and very efficient. They wrapped all the furniture and fragile items for a 3 bedroom and 3 bath home and loaded the truck in about 3 1/2 hours maybe a little less. The estimated delivery was around the requested date, actually they told us they could deliver it within 4 days of when they loaded up but unfortunately we didn't have a place to put our items since the place we were moving into wasn't going to be ready till the following week. There are only two things I would warn about. 1. Make sure you go over every item with the agent on the phone and be completely accurate that way you don't have any surprises when the movers come. 2. If you aren't a good packer, I suggest you allow professionals to do it for you. When our stuff was delivered, the boxes were pretty banged up (some of the cheaper ones that is) and if I hadn't been a more experienced packer I'm sure some of my stuff would have been broken. Overall I couldn't have been more satisfied, they even broke down our furniture and reassembled it as part of the cost to send everything. If I was ever moving long distance again I would definitely use Presto Logistic again.

This is the worst moving company of all time. They have overcharged us so much and continue to charge us more before our furniture has even been delivered. They are now charging us $350 more because the driver doesn't feel comfortable driving his 18 wheeler up to our apartment's loading dock. This company is a joke. I'd never ever ever recommend them. Velma, the customer service associate, was so rude. Henry, the sale consultant, was not transparent at all with all of these costs. Eddie mislead us on a lot of things. Lastly, Daniel, the truck driver, has been so difficult to work for. NEVER EVER EVER use this company. Especially if you want all of your furniture days late and having to be flexible with your work schedule for all of the days you are waiting for the delivery.

If you don't want to read through the whole post, just do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire Presto for your long distance move! For those who want to listen to a tale of frustration, anger and misery, here you go...I was moving my one bedroom apartment from Dallas, TX to Sunnyvale, CA. As everyone does, I went online and checked for several quotes. The sales person from this company did a really good job at selling me their quote which I deeply regret. He did a verbal inspection of the items and told me that they would pack everything as well. There was another agency whose representatives came to my apartment and did an in-person inspection before giving me a quote. In retrospect, I should have certainly chosen them. I did not receive any call 24/48 hours prior to the pick up day. I had to call them several times and leave them several voicemails and emails. They called me 1 hour before the scheduled pick up time to tell that they were not going to come that day and that they would come the next day. They came really late the next day and used extra boxes thereby increasing the package cost which per the quote was supposed to be included. I got on a call with the sales agent and he said that he could not do anything at that stage. He also asked me to proceed with the shipment and that he would touch base with his manager to see if some discount could be given when the shipment reaches Sunnyvale. I could not spend a lot of time on the phone as I had a flight to catch. I left it at that. The sales person had told me that they are the only moving company with offices in TX and CA, the two states that I was interested in and that the route that I wanted was always available for quick shipment. According to him, once I confirmed a delivery date, he would move the stuff from the storage at Dallas and it would take them about 4-5 business days to reach Sunnyvale. I was absolutely fine with this. It took me a week to find an apartment at Sunnyvale and as soon as I got my move-in date, I informed Presto. Per earlier conversation, I was expecting my stuff to arrive within a week of moving in to the new apartment. But Lo Behold!  They took more than a month! During this time I had to live in a nearly empty apartment absolutely helpless. Had I just sold all my stuff in Dallas and got new stuff in Sunnyvale, it could have been a faster transition. Worst customer service! I kept calling them almost everyday after the 1-week timeframe. Initially, they acknowledged my calls and gave useless answers. But, later, they stopped answering my calls as well. The sales person (who had said that he would be my single point of contact end-to-end) never answered my calls/ responded to my emails. Finally, after a month, I got a call from the driver that he was going to deliver stuff at my apartment on Sunday night. And guess what, he didn't show up on Sunday night! He came on Monday morning.  I had to move my meetings on a Monday morning and in a new job, it is really a bad first impression! I can really go on and on describing how horrible my experience was. But, neither do I want to reminisce it nor do I want to waste my time. ONCE AGAIN, JUST DON'T GO WITH PRESTO!My recommendation would be to work with someone who does an in-person inspection and negotiate to have a fixed delivery date. Hope this helps. I wouldn't wish such an experience for anyone!

Presto Logistics provided me with the most unforgettable experience, ever. The WORST experience, that is. I was bid $1,372 to move to Kansas City from Texas. When the movers showed up, they informed us it would be more. How much more? The grand total was $3,172.         What's even worse, is they took 17 days to get our things to us. We were told the truck would beat us to Kansas City and our things would be waiting on us. So, we slept in a near empty apartment for over two weeks.          Every time I called the company, I was referred back to their "contract", in which it states that they legally have 21 days from the first available deliver day that we give them. In closing, we were basically sales talked until they got our money, and then treated like shit. Also, we had to go get a money order at 7:10 at night while the drivers sat on our porch, because they're unable to take personal checks. These people are crooks.
