So, I found the Groupon for this mover and thought they were perfect for what we needed....just 2hours to move things out of a storage unit to get items in the back and put things back in for the $85 ....easy enough, right? No! As I spoke to Eric, he hem hawed around and said that Groupon forgot to put in this or that, and basically said that the best he would do is charge me$160, for the same two hours to start, there would be extra for my zip(which is not in the Groupon) and he couldn't guarantee me personnel, although the Groupon states they would do same day appointments. I told him that as a business owner, he should just honor the coupon and get with Groupon about making him whole for their mistakes....of course, he was more argumentative and staunch is his unwillingness to honor the coupon or come up with something thst would even remotely come close to the deal the advertised with Groupon.I will not do business with ANY company that basically refuses to honor their own coupon! I'm pretty sure Groupon sent a proof of the ad before they published it, so the fact that they didn't proof it and/or catch the errors should not be visited on the customers.....they have absolutely NO INTEGRITY!!!Find another mover....because this one has no intention of honoring anything!!! Its just a ploy to get you to call!!!

OMG, where do I start???????  Let me preface this complaint by saying that I have used this company for moving services, in the past & was very pleased (the previous Operations Supervisor was Niko Jones).  They have recently changed management, etc. and their services have gone to HELL in a HAND BASKET.  I am not going to be to petty with the specific details but let's just say NO CALL, NO SHOW!!!!!!  In short, I had a move scheduled for one specific time --- I requested an earlier time, in which their dispatcher advised that they could be early --- They called at the time that they were scheduled to arrive (the updated time) to advise that they could NOT come because they had a MUCH larger move to complete and requested to reschedule for the NEXT day --- and guess what, they STILL did NOT show up (remember that phrase, NO CALL, NO SHOW) and have NOT returned my call, to date (3 days later & counting).  They should be called "POWERLESS MOVERS". And yes, I am reporting them to the BBB to lower their ratings even more --- Fortunately, I was able to contact a moving company that was able to show and get the job done!!!  Thank goodness ... But trust me, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.  PowerPlay Movers - You guys need to close the doors and start all over; but this time THINK IT THROUGH before you try it again.  And the joke is on their business cards, their logo says, "We Move, You Win" ... I'll let that BOGUS LIE there, as I shred this business card.

DO NOT use these guys! Moving is stressful enough, but when your movers text At 5 pm a day before the move( they text not even a phone call ) stating that the truck has been broken down and they cannot do the move, it takes things to a whole new level. We are still experiencing the pains of this move. Our experience was a complete nightmare I booked them almost or approximately a month or three weeks back they assured when I booked that they were the right team for the job everyone is vested in the company etc., And what kind of business calls a day before (5 pm) of your move to text you this? they offered no solution, totally unprofessional and incompetent. Whatever you do DO Not use these people. They are swindlers.please feel free to email me regarding complete proof of text and communication to the company contact person. will try to report these guys to the consumer bureau and put reviews on google and other sites so that the company owner cannot (Dylan Campbell) open the company by another name and swindle people on pretext of moving. Also looking for lawyers so that this does not happen to others. Very nightmarish... There is more to add but do not want to waste my time
