Orion Moving and Storage

This company has an outstanding "Quality Customer Service" Recently due to a family medical emergency I had to move from TX back to WA state to be near my youngest child. Although I and my oldest child had planned on moving back by the end of 2010 or Spring of 2011 we had to change that to as soon as financial possible. Orion staff made this a reality when we scheduled the move by working our a time line for payment before pickup and afterward. They have continued to prove to this consumer that Customer Satisfaction is Vital to their business and once again Shown my family compassion in working with us. My stuff is in storage with them and was suppose to be delivered soon but do to financial set back they have agree to delay the payment and delivery until late November. Jeffery the agent that scheduled our move was very patient and always returned my numerous calls with questions, which he answered without evasion or hesitation. The actual movers: Foreman: Jose Lee,Helper #2: Angel Javier Segura, Helper #3: Luis Lopez, notified us of delays in pickup and when they did arrive were ready to start immediately loading and packing our belonging  making sure that everything was packed with care and proper padded. Even boxes that we packed ourselves were checked to make sure that the box would with stand the move without mishap and finally Meghan Torrey, from pickup day to current she has been outstanding at working with us allowing us to adjust our original payment plan yet again so that we can pay at the end of November and schedule delivery of goods.  In the 18 or 19 moves I have had to make over my lifetime for whatever reason, I have never ment a company that is more compassionate or experience a higher quality of customer services than this company has provided and continues to provide to the customer. As a consumer I truly believie that other companies would do well to take lessons on "QUALITLY CUSTOMER SERVICES" from Orion Moving and Storage.

My mom hired this company - this morning they called and said they were 8 hours out and the truck would only go 15 mph. They were supposed to be there already. They kept her hanging - said they would know something in a couple of hours and would get back to her. Nothing. Mom found another mover as she had to be out of the house so it could be cleaned and she needed to be in Colorado in a few days to pick up keys to her new place. They collected a $900 deposit. I doubt she will ever see it... I have read the same complaints on several websites. The customers hire this company - the quote is low-balled - they are always charged a higher price once the truck shows up. If they show up. They break belongings and belongings go missing or are never delivered. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
