We had a bit a misstep in getting started. They had an incorrect number for me and couldn't call, ended up being an hour and half late. That could have been a miscommunication on my part. However, I am not sure why they couldn't have just come to the house instead, they did have the address. After they arrived everything was smooth. Jesse and his team of two other workers showed up and got to work immediately. They had a huge truck and were able to pack my 4 bed room house in about 2-2.5 hours and complete the entire move in about 5 hours. They took the time to wrap all the furniture and were very careful in the carrying, loading and transport of everything. I don't think one wall was even bumped in either house. Kudos..

John (owner) is very unprofessional. We hired Move it All recently to move us from our house we sold to a rental home a couple of miles away. My wife made the arrangements. The crew showed up and worked at a good pace. One mover attempted to lift a large, marble table by himself and he dropped it, breaking it in two pieces. When my wife contacted John, he seemed concerned and willing to remedy the issue. When my wife had to call him again, he became argumentative and rude. We just wanted him to accept responsibility and pay to have it repaired. She tried contacting him two weeks later and he was once again unprofessional. He acted like we were hassling him. I decided to get the table  repaired on my own. We did so and contacted John once again to let him know what we had to pay. He asked for our address so he could come give us cash, insisting that he was being a nice guy. My wife asked him to just mail the check but he kept insisting he wanted to hand us cash. That was two weeks ago and we still haven't seen John or our check. Stay away from this guy.

I would HIGHLY recommend this service! This was the first moving company I've had that not only wrapped my items in blankets (without me asking) and use a door protector! The men moving my items were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They worked as quickly as possible and I never felt like they were wasting any of my time! Jesse, Aquantis (Davis) and Juston were excellent and I will be requesting them when I have to move again in a year! Great job guys!

Generally I like to look for the positive in every situation but I am struggling to find anything good in my experience with Move-It-All. When the crew showed up 3 hours late, they were very friendly and eager to get the job done. However one of the three movers (the owner) had a broken leg and told us how he had been in the hospital all night. This was one of those "I have a bad feeling about this" moments but we had to move that day.We had a 1300 square foot, 2 bedroom home to move and we confirmed with the owner that they could help us pack the remaining items. They agreed. Initially they showed up with a crew of two (including the guy with the broken leg) but a third person showed up later. They only had two hand trucks. I was expecting roll-away dollies with containers for the items that were not boxed.When I have moved before I am used to companies making a quick survey and a plan of attack (remove doors if necessary, break down larger furniture items, and determine which items need to be loaded first). Not the case with "Move-It-All." They seemed to make it up as they went along which caused them and us a lot of time. 12 hours later (just before midnight) we arrived at our new house where our new neighbors were upset that we were moving so late. Not a good first impression. Shortly after getting started to move everything into our new house, one of the movers had a tantrum and refused to move any more. It was late and we were all tired. Everyone finally convinced him to move a few more items and then we all agreed that they would bring the rest of the items the next day. We were unable to get in touch with them for 3 days so I called and froze the payment on our credit card. They promptly got in touch with us and we got the rest of our stuff.The owner was very friendly and seemed like a nice guy. He was complaining about a previous client, saying it was the worst client he ever had because they had so much stuff. I'm wondering if he is saying the same of us.
