I had to find a mover with short notice and moving out of my home of 14 years and 2500 sq ft.  The owner was responsive, explained the process, and answered all the questions I had.  The crew!!  They were great - hard working, professional, and knowledgeable.  In addition, they were patient with me - wait one more thing.  I am going to have to move from Storage to my final home and will use them again.  I would recommend them to anyone.  Thank you!!!

Since my review is no longer visible from when this company changed names and attempts to resolve this in a professional manner have been unsuccessful, I will repost with the hopes that this company will make all efforts to remedy the situation. It appears others are having the same issue. I made all efforts to contact the company multiple times to get my items back, to no avail. Customer Service should be the first priority of any business. Not ignoring clients and hoping they will go away,..or changing names. Here is my original review, posted like 6 months after I moved and got no resolution. I also have one on Thumbtack, where I located this company."Moved in February, 2016. Late arrival...Okay...Broke a lamp...Okay...Guys that moved me....great..However missing items...2 fluorescent lights from garage with chains   as well as a box full of games & puzzles (that mean a lot to me)-and "some other black thing-you'll know what it is when you see it" according to one the movers.  They acknowledged they had my lights and "that black thing" and they would deliver them.  They never arrived. Have called 2-3 times and no answer and have left messages with no reply. I guess they have a policy that if they like it or want it, they keep it...Tipped each guy $50 AND fed them lunch and supper. It's not the movers I have an issue with (except the last load was piled into the middle of the garage for me to move), it is the follow up of missing items. I'm still unpacking (slow process due to two jobs) and who knows what else will come up missing. If my missing items had been delivered as promised, or my calls had been returned with positive action, I would be giving 5 stars..Everything else really was great. I understand nothing is perfect all the time and it was a lot to move, but a move within the same neighborhood. Really, I would like an invite to the "lost and found" warehouse to find my missing items. Or arrive home one day to see them on my doorstep, as promised. Then I would be happy to change to a 5 star review....

Do NOT hire these guys! Items turned up missing. Was pressured by the crew boss to get them all lunch which was ok I guess but not something they should have asked me for and something I know they are not supposed to do. What bugged me more was I was asked for a tip and that is something that should come from me, not something they ask for. I contacted their boss and he said he was sorry about and agreed that it is their policy that his guys don't ask for a tip. Now it gets worse. The boss guy says he's sorry and promises that he will drop off $60. Never got it despite several messages that mostly went unanswered. I asked him to verify my address and where he supposedly left the money but he won't reply. I told him I would be writing a bad review of his company and he said he doesn't care. He claims he 'worked hard and did what he said he'd do'. Not true. Total BS. Update: now I'm told that his guys did NOT ask me for a tip! They DID! So, calling me a liar. He says I did NOT give them a tip! I DID! Says he reimbursed me for the tip. I never received it. He's saying I got it and kept it when I should give it back. Never got it! What do you think his guys are going to say to him when he asks them if they asked me for a tip? Chooses to call the customer a liar. What does he have to lose? I hope this review changes at least one potential customers mind. Sends me a rude and sarcastic reply and calls me a liar. Initially he was all about making the customer happy. That's changed. Let's be clear about your response: I did not throw a 'fit'. I did not make up an 'elaborate story' as you imply. It is not my intention to 'damage your reputation'. I present my experience and have told the TRUTH. My review is as I experienced it. Nothing I said was 'false'. Isn't saying this calling me a liar? Yes, it is. As far as saying that everything I've said is 'unfounded' , how can I PROVE anything I've said? You asked your guys if they asked me for a tip and they told you they didn't. Do you really think they would tell you that they did? They told you I didn't give them a tip. Of course they told you that. Yes, they waited for me but I PAID for that time (in addition to buying them lunch which they asked me for although I'm sure they wouldn't say that). I have not made one complaint about paying for that extra time although you bring it up several times. Again, I don't care about your many great reviews. That doesn't mean that you guys do it right every time. So, promised to be reimbursed as well as having my personal, family item returned. Still waiting. Maybe time to contact the TV station consumer justice lady. UPDATE: still have not received the $50 the owner promised me. Still have not had my personal item returned to me which. 'JD' or 'John S' has promised me. This guy is a JOKE. Absolutely no business sense at all. I suppose Yelp will remove my comments as they are 'too personal' in nature. Thanks, Yelp, you help the business owner rather than the consumer.

These movers did a FANTASTIC job. Wrapped everything, efficiently packed in a truck, and no damages. And not mention the price was extremely reasonable! Will hire again for my next move. Thanks Lone Star.
