I was on short notice so I didnt have time to research and they were one of the few that had avaibility. I had all the boxes packed and ready by the time they got there and sectioned off the ones we needed them to take. One of the guys was newer, he was very arrogant and kept making me repeat myself over and over (even though the info didn't change much) and the other guy even apologized for him and warned us of his arrogance which we brushed off not knowing just how much it was a downplay. We told them we only needed certain things wrapped and they proceeded to tell us they were required to wrap everything (which they didnt even do so...how true could that be?!) and it honestly seemed as if they were deliberately taking their sweet time to get paid more...all they had to move was a one bedroom apartment. An extra light sectional, small dining table and 6 not so heavy chairs, two light Ikea shelves, and a bedroom set, we had about 3 stacks of boxes but after 4 hours passed and we still weren't leaving my apartment we told them not to worry about most of it only leaving us with more to move after. WHICH wouldn't have been a big deal had we not gone through the nightmare that is Lazcanos moving company! How do you guys still have jobs at this point!?! They then began taking the boxes down the stairs (3rd story) on a dolly!!! You could hear it clunking with every step! And they completely disregarded the boxes marked fragile...in huge bold letters...as they put them on bottom of stacks and under heavy boxes. We could actually hear our plates break before they even made it down the first half of the 3rd floor. They also took furniture down on the dolly too! Running almost all of it into the door frame or the railing on the way down. I mean how hard is it to realize there are two of you for that exact purpose!? Mr. Arrogant took almost the whole time wrapping bedroom furniture! It got to a point my boyfriend and I began helping them. We were hustling harder than they were. Most of the boxes were taken down by us so it took them 4 hours to move a living room and a bedroom! No joke! I was so pissed and exhausted that I had mentally checked out and wanted so badly at that point to send them away! Also its moving 101 not to put boxes in before furniture. Once you hit the breaks all the furniture slides and damages the boxes. Common f**kin sense! THEN we get to the storage unit. My boyfriend took some stuff to our new place so it was just me and the movers. They unloaded the boxes even rougher than they got them in the truck. It was an absolute nightmare! I still cringe thinking of the sound of broken glass and ceramic slammed on the floor THEN piled with heavy boxes AGAIN! MARKED FRAGILE!!! Then we get the first stack into the unit and I say to Mr. Arrogant "I'm gonna hang back and set these up" (cause no one wants their boxes behind their furniture in a storage. And if I am being honest I needed a minute to gather myself and mourn the stuff which condition was a complete mystery to me now) to which he replied "well we will have more boxes so you can help us with those first and then you can organize them how you want" I was livid at that point. I'm not paying you to move my own boxes dude!!! So I call my boyfriend on the verge of tears begging him to come and help me so they can get the f**k on their way and we continue to help them get the job done and as we do we realize almost every item of furniture we had was damaged. You could see drag marks on our wooden shelves, the corner wooden leg to our couch was filed down exposing the natural color of wood. More than half our boxes had heavy stuff on top of them to the point they were more round than square. Mr. Arrogant slammed my books so hard the box split open. He grabbed the rolled mattress topper so carelessly it now has two giant hand holes for a convenient carrying option! I cant even look at the true condition of my things cause the boxes are all blocked in which is exactly what I wanted to avoid. And to be the cherry on top we get most of our things in storage knowing we only had at least our bed to go, me, my boyfriend and the non arrogant mover guy all headed back to find the mattress and box spring just chillin in the truck as Mr. Arrogant is folding mattress pads saying...actually practically bragging as if he is showing off how smart his decision is "I'm gonna fold these now cause I sure as hell ain't gonna get paid to fold them later!". Not only he says this once but twice! Umm are you fu**ing  kidding me!?!?!?!?! So I'm paying you even more to ignore my furniture and do a job you're supposed to do afterwards?!?! Hell no! I almost lost it right then and there. So we called and talked them down to 3 hours instead of the 6 hours it took them! Which the more I think about it the more I realize that all the damages AND trauma included we shouldn't have been charged at all. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Robert L - Those three guys you sent were not our friends.  They were probably some guys you picked up somewhere and promised to pay them cash and then sent them to us to move our furniture.   You said that all furniture would be wrapped and protected and that you were a professional moving company.  I can post pictures of my damaged furniture on Yelp and all over Facebook if you want.   Of course we did not pay!  We were nice enough to buy those three guys sandwiches and spent $114 to feed them and gave them water and Gatorade because it was a hot day and we are decent people but we ended up with damaged furniture.  And you expected to get paid? Thank God for credit card companies that stand behind their customers and do not pay thugs like you.  Yes, thugs, after the many threats we received from you and your secretary about calling the cops to our home.  Which I guess you had no case because the cops were never called and never came.BTW, you said that we "paid nothing for your move".  There was no move service from you.  My husband "fired" your company when we looked into the truck and saw that nothing was covered.  We unloaded the truck ourselves while your workers sat on our front lawn because we refused to let them continue touching our furniture!!!  Should I post the picture that I took of my dining room chairs on top of each other and up against the tool box?

Update! I used this company to put my stuff into storage while my new place was being cleaned etc.  keep in mind the storage is not outdoors, it is climate controlled and under security (cubesmart, look em up they are great).Yesterday when my friends and I got everything out of storage at least a handful of the big furniture is damaged there are scratches and nicks and chunks of wood missing on several items as well as my washing machine is scuffed with red markings nothing I own is red so I'm assuming it came from the inside of the moving truck. The lady you may speak with to book your appointment her name is Terri. She is unhelpful, does not call you back as promised. They do not care what service you receive because it "meets the contract agreement". USE KnT MOVING!
