J and T Moving

We used Jandtmoving to move into our new home recently. It was a great experience.They were on time, professional and friendly; they communicate effectively; and their prices are very affordable.I will use them again.

I used J and T based on a recommendation from a neighbor.  James was very friendly and came over to the house a day prior to the move to assess the amount of furniture and pre-wrapped a few pieces of furniture.  No contract was provided.  That should have sounded off the alarms but I proceeded forward.  As it turns out, the truck they rented was too small and they had to make a second trip to my dismay. That's when everything was hurried.  Furniture was not wrapped. and it was done in the dark.  By the end of the move, furniture was damaged and new wood floors were scratched.  I sent pictures to J and T to pay for damages to the furniture.  They came out to the house to take their own pictures and said they would get back to me.  That was over a year ago and still nothing.  I had given them many chances to rectify the issue because they seemed like nice people.  Unfortunately that is not the case.  Choose someone else to handle your move.
