DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Our moving experience with Hill Brothers and Tracy Hill was terrible. Starting, they were a day late for pick-up at our home in Indiana. When they did arrive they efficiently packed up our home, though Tracy was on the phone the majority of the time he was 'helping' to pack up our house.  Tracy reassured us we would receive our belongings in California at the end of the next week (10 days away). I called to confirm our delivery date and time three days before our scheduled pick up date--after multiple phone calls, I finally got Tracy to answer the phone. He said that there was no way he could be to California by the date we had discussed because 'he had other jobs'. He told me to call him back in two days and they would have a better idea of when they could deliver. He then hung up on me.I called in two days, then again two days later. At this point we could see that we were getting the run around. It ended up taking 40 DAYS for our belongings to be delivered. When they were delivered, EVERY piece of furniture was damaged--dents, scratches, and chips. A lot of furniture was more disassembled than when it had left our home, and it was not disassembled carefully. The boxes were trashed. We purchased new moving boxes from Lowe's--high quality moving boxes. The boxes were ripped, crushed, dented. They looked like they fell off the back of the truck. Multiple items in the boxes were damaged. The boxes and our belongings smelled and were dirty, dusty, and gritty. We had to wash everything before it could be used or put away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This was the worse moving experience ever.  I was contacted 6/26/15 regarding my move by USA moving group.  Derrick lied and took me to a moving site to read reviews for their company which clearly did not give a good representation of their company.  Derrick told me they only had 10 complaints for the whole year, which clearly you can see on this site is not true.  They found  a moving company to pick up my items on 7/1/2015.  Hill Brothers moving out of Dallas Texas came to get my items.  USA moving group confirmed a drop off date of 7/6/2015 and asked me to allow 3 days just in case the movers came into any trouble during the delivery.  When Hill Brothers Moving showed up, the owner Tracy told me to work with him on the time and he would get my items there by Wednesday at the latest Thursday 7/9/15.  After waiting for my furniture past the date we discussed I called Tracy. No answer and a full voicemail so I could not leave a message.  I gave it another day or so, called again "No Answer".  I decided to send a text, no response.  I called this company at least twice a week for the 3 weeks they had my items and never a response.  They finally called me the day before they were going to deliver my items.  I called USA moving group several times as well during this period of not having my furniture delivered.  Derrick the sales person that setup my move was never available to speak with me and would not return my calls.  They gave me the run around and kept telling me the spoke with the movers- Hill Brothers moving and that they would be coming in the next few days.  I reached out to Hill Brothers moving several times never once did they return my call.  When they showed up their was no reason for them keeping my items for the period they did except for they kept getting jobs and had to put me on hold.  When they showed up my items were in a different truck then what they hauled them away in.  They delivered my items in a Uhaul truck.  They broke my clock and then told me it was loose when they put it on the truck.  The mover told me that they explained to me when they loaded the item that it was loose and would not make it.  I told him that he was a lie and their was nothing wrong with my clock and he told me to contact USA moving group. They also took my table apart and lost the screws so when it was delivered they could not put it together.  Told me i could go get the screws from Home Depot and it would be easy to put together.  Thanks for the advice it was together already before you took it but you deliver it in pieces.  I cannot believe how unprofessional and horrible this experience was never will i ever use a moving company like this again.
