I wish I could give 0 stars. This is a terrible and unethical company. They showed up at 5pm (late) and they didn't leave our new house until after 8am the following morning. The crew took their sweet time moving our things knowing the clock was ticking. They damaged EVERYTHING. Our stainless steel fridge was dented all over the front and they damaged the motor. They broke our washer (water leaked out of the barrel afterwards) and dented our dryer so bad it didn't work afterwards. Every piece of furniture was gouged and many, MANY items were broken. We attempted a claim, and Walker finally sent an appliance guy out to look at the washer & dryer. It was close to $500 to fix both items. Walker gave his amex over the phone to the repair guy, but I found out later that he disputed the charges so the repair company was never paid!We still find ways that they screwed us over. They disassembled pretty much everything during the move, and they didn't bother putting it back together afterwards. The top of our dining room table just lifted off and the front of our crib was held on by two bolts. The rest of the hardware never surfaced- I assume the movers just tossed it out.The best part? The crew actually started yelling at me the morning after our move when I asked them when they would be done. I was up all night long with these guys, and I wanted them out of my house! For the record- they never reimbursed us for ANY of the damages. Do not use this company!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! We were told we would have a move start time between 12 and 2. At noon we called and they told us that indeed they were on schedule but that it looked more like 2. Two became 4 and 4 became 7 and 7 became 830 to 900 pm! We weren't offered any type of discount or compensation for our time and were suggested to find another moving company. They ACTUALLY told us to look somewhere else! My wife and I wasted the entire day waiting only to be told find someone else to move us. Although the staff were pleasant on the telephone, I would rate them zero stars if I could because that's exactly how many items they moved for us! I would definitely stay away and use a different moving company

BEWARE!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!!! Spoke with Walker Garrison, had prices so great I should have known better!! My move was scheduled for a Sunday morning. I was told between 10-12. I thought that meant my move would take place between those hours bc it was a scheduled 2hr move. I frantically started calling and got voice mails. Being a Sunday I knew I was in trouble. Walker did call me back and reassured me that the move was a go. 10 became 11, then 12 then 1. Then I called him again and he said if I don't move he doesn't get paid, but oh hold up!! The moving truck is all of a sudden broken down! Now he says he is going to try and call a friend of his that owns a moving company. All the while I had other moving companies calling me during the week begging for my business. I'm moving out of an apt which doesn't exactly give leeway with a lease ending! Hence, I never heard back from Walker again, so obviously no pay day for him on my move which was easy money lost, and he said his biggest competitor was All My Son's Moving and that's exactly who I gave my business to!  Up yours Walker!  Hope you're reading this!!
