Beware: Bait & Switch scam. They quote you one price on the phone but once they are there, the price changes. Unfortunately, I was in a bind and needed to get it done so I chose to bite the bullet. I found them on craigslist. I know I should have known better than to look for a company on craiglist but I was in a hurry. In addition to the bait and switch scam, the guy they sent out was the kind you wouldn't really want to know where you live. I'm not one to judge a book by its cover but this guy was scary. Plus he (the lead driver) was mistreating the helper (who was an older guy). I felt bad for the guy but really just wanted it to be over and have them gone. In fact, I helped them carry stuff just to hurry it along. I waited awhile to write this so hopefully they won't remember who I am, but either way, people need to know about shady businesses such as this. I can tolerate crappy service, but the bait and switch crap really gets me.

This company is total and complete CRAP!!!  If it was possible to leave no stars, I would. As in the other reviews, the bait and switched happened on me too. So 3 guys/truck $75 and hour/2 hour min but you only get a 17 foot truck. Now if you get 4 guys + truck you will get a 27' foot truck for $100 an hour. They claim in the Craigslist ad - NO hidden fees, Professional Customer Service HA!! Jokes.  So, with the large truck my move would have been done in one trip in about 3.5 hours to complete costing me 300 + (Hear come the hidden fees) single trip fee $75 + 2 heavy pieces @ $59 a piece plus 2 stairs at $39 per stair case... those I can live with... BUT when the truck was full, since I only got a 17' and I literally needed about 3 feet more of truck space to complete the move, we had to come back to get the rest which took another 3 hours because of traffic AND they charged for a 2nd trip of $75 dollars.  So the total move took 6.5 hours when it should have been done in 3/3.5 - it ended up costing me $785 dollar W/O tip!!!  Keep in mind this was a single room loft.... Now, you have to pay in full before they unload truck and this is where all the magic happens - sorry my CC machine is down, we can only except cash! After the shock was settling in for the outlandish charges, the guy taking my cash stated " Why didn't you get the bigger truck"?  Now you tell me this? You couldn't have looked at my place and assessed a bigger truck would be needed? So much for the free quote. Well I didn't know there was an option, since the services were never explained to me in full detail but the excellent customer service that failed to do their sole job.NOW lets get to the customer service part. When i called to ask about the other truck size, the girl on the phone explained it was my fault for not asking!!  I said WHAT?  You are in the business of sales, that is YOUR job to explain what services your business has to offer?! When I asked about helping me on the 2nd trip charge since I was never informed I was going to be charged for a second trip, she HUNG UP ON ME!  I tried to call back and she turned her cell phone off. Are you kidding me?  I was expecting to pay around $500 with tip for the 3 guys, but it ended up costing me nearly $900 with tip.  Totally and completely cheated by this "company" and they don't give 2 sh*ts about you or what you think of them and forget about customer service, it doesn't exist. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, EVER!!

Id wish I'd seen the reviewers msg below me before i called this so called company. The exact same thing happened to me i called and they quoted me $50/hr +$50 fuel/trip charge. Great right. ..wrong once they got to my location all of sudden these additional charges were thrown at me. With the movers being at my apt i was ready to move and went along with everything.  These were the worst movers it took 2 men 4hrs to move a 1 bedroom apt and they even had the nerve to ask me to help move the "light items"to the truck and continuously complained about the furniture being heavy. I called their customer svc line like that would get me anywhere it didn't sena answered and kept hanging up in my face without trying to hear what i had to say.  Beware this company is a scam and preys on ppl
