Unprofessional and uncourteous company. They held my life in their truck until I paid them cash. My move was only 13 minutes one way they took an hour. Plus when I asked a second trip they said no. Charged me twice.  Specially manager was very rude. They don't even deserve a single star but I had no choice.Please avoid this company.

Same company as Boss Moving - BAIT & SWITCH.Held my life in his truck at 3 a.m until I paid his movers cash to unload.  Local move -  15 minute drive at most.  Drivers took 2 hours. Mark - has changed the company name - look at reviews for Boss Moving.  If possible look at the 2 reviews hidden under this company name.  Phone and email are the same.  Please avoid this company - I wrote my review on his other Boss Moving.   Reviews are frightening.

Let me start out by saying that if I could give this place 0 stars, I most definitely would. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.After arriving almost an hour outside of the designated window, the movers began packing up my items VERY slowly. I was moving from a one bedroom apartment with minimal furniture and it took them 2 hours just to pack up my belongings. They moved one, sometimes two, boxes at a time at a very leisurely pace. After loading the truck and making the 10 min drive to the new apartment, the movers took 1.5 hours to unload the truck. At this point, I was ready to tell them to leave the stuff on the curb and I'd lug it myself. They finished unloading, I signed the receipt, and they went on their way. Here's when the problems began...I called Boss Moving to complain about how long it had taken to move my stuff and to see how to file a claim for the bed frame that the movers had scratched up. The supervisor, Maria, left me on hold for almost 15 minutes. She came back to the phone and informed me that she would need to see a copy of my receipt. Apparently, the driver forged the receipt to show a lesser amount and pocketed the difference between the amount paid and the amount he forged on the receipt. And to think that I almost used my credit card to pay...I can only imagine what they would have done with that information. She assured me that they would be prosecuted and I would be reimbursed. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said that her supervisor and the owner were on vacation and that she did not know when they would return. After hanging up on her, the "half owner" Mike called me back (thought they were on vacation). I never did speak with him because I plan on going to speak with him in person and hopefully getting this resolved.I would definitely recommend to stay away from this company. They were rude, late and THIEVES.
