This company is undeniably a great moving company! They sent a staff for a quote and they agreed for my time and day to move! They were very professional in their service. They take their job skillfully with an honest and reliable service. The team loaded and unloaded my belongings very carefully. I recheck my things and all of them were very much secured. Exceptional performance with committed staffs!Highly recommend this company!

I am so disappointed in these guys. They presented themselves well, Matt talked a good game-told us everything we wanted to hear-we hired him.He charged us close to $3,000.00 for packing (really poor job) and moving 10 miles down the road. However, I have never seen movers work so fast and hard. They were efficient, but at the expense of my new home and belongings. They destroyed a $1,800 TV we bought 10 months ago. My husband confronted Matt and Matt lied. Matt stated he plugged the TV's in before leaving; one would assume an owner of a moving company and/or his employees would show the homeowner in person that they arrived in the condition it was in before being moved (my husband was there the entire time). The TV's were wrapped with small bits of bubble wrap (literally just thrown on) with brown packing tape haphazardly secured to it, and a cardboard box broken down and wrapped around it. There was NO WAY anyone attempted to plug in the tv and check it for functionality, the unwrapping and rewrapping would have been obvious. It nailed something while being moved, laid against our wall, or while in the truck due to improper packing. Matt pretty much told us to file with TxDOT (what a joke at .66 a pound) and refused any liability. So unprofessional and unethical. This kind of practice will tank you, my friend. Bad karma sucks. We asked Matt, if anything else, please take care of the TV's. That was our biggest request. That was obviously too much to ask. I feel taken advantage of and conned.Walls scratched and need repainted, wall jams bent, items thrown in boxes and not labeled (which caused things to break or ruin), he did not install washer and dryer like he stated-having to give up before the job was done, my like new $3,600.00 refrigerator had to be Mcguyvered and has a new piece of hardware on the handles because it was not transported and disassembled correctly. Loose items like soap and detergent leaked through a box and ended up on brand new carpet. We gave you the opportunity to make this right-forgiving you of everything until we saw the ruined tv. And when we asked you to be accountable, you lied. Shame on you.

After they moved our grandmother from Rockwall to Georgetown for $700, we asked them to bid moving furniture within our house (just upstairs/downstairs). Matthew informed me over the phone that it was $85 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, which was fine. He told me he needed to come see exactly what furniture we needed moved upstairs/downstairs, and that after seeing it, he might be able to 'make us a deal'. When he got to our house, he upped his price by $100, saying it would now be $365, which seemed odd. When I questioned the increase from over the phone, he claimed it included travel time and that it would take that long. We scheduled a date and time for the following week. When the day arrived, we had prepped everything by emptying drawers, clearing the space, etc. They didn't show at the agreed upon time, and when we followed up an hour later via text and VM, there was no reply. Finally 2.5 hours later he texted and wanted to come, but it was too late in the evening and we wanted to cancel the entire deal. Matthew apologized and said he would come the following Saturday, but that was too late. He re-offered to lower the price and come the next day at 3pm, so we agreed. Again, the next day, they didn't show. Another 1.5 hours after they were supposed to have arrived, and after we had asked via text and voicemail, he claimed that there had never been a specific time and blew us off via text. The entire experience was disappointing and now the house is in disarray for the move. We've left work two days in a row to meet them for an appointment they wouldn't respect. Don't make the same mistake.

I saw a Groupon for this moving company and called to check 1. If they were available when I needed to move and 2. How much the fuel fee would be based upon where I was moving to/from. I knew there was an additional fuel fee because of the text on Groupon which states "This Groupon does not cover a fuel fee, which will be assessed based on distance moved."I asked the man I was speaking with, Matt I believe his name was, how much the fuel charge would be. He stated "It is included with the 3-hour move you are looking to purchase." I informed him that this was not what Groupon told me and he repeated himself a couple of times that it was included. I asked one final time, stating I just wanted to be sure he meant the fuel fee was included as I did not want to be surprised with a large fee on the day of my move. His response? "I have told you three times already that this fee is included." I repeated to him that groupon said differently. Matt then stated that the text states a fuel fee may apply. I then read him the exact text, as listed above. Matt responded with "Oh, well that's not what I thought it said." I then told him I was going to find a different company, and started to tell him it was because of how rude he was to me. Matt, however, cut me off and said "Ok bye" and hung up on me.This is a terrible way to represent your business. He was extremely rude to a potential customer and I would in no way recommend even attempting to do business with this company. I would rather pay more money to someone who understands how to treat someone with respect.
