I used 24 hr Emergency Mover and specifically spoke to Damen who has helped me twice on very important occasions. The first time I found his information on Groupon and spoke to him personally to get a feel for the business. I was very happy to deal with him and strike up a 4 hr move and negotiate everything up front. They brought a 17ft enclosed trailer and F-150 for the job. Since my move was only from a 1 bedroom apartment the amount of furniture fit perfectly in the truck / enclosed trailer they brought for the job. They have bigger and smaller vehicles depending on the job. The move was extremely smooth and they met me at the agreed time. We got the move knocked out in 3.5hrs including a small pit stop to the ATM / Good will to take care of couple things. They got everything moved in with out any damage or rushing and gave me a refund for .5hr of labor that was unused. I was extremely happy and they helped me save beacoup money. Fast forward to today I found and extremely slick deal on a $999 washer from Best Buy for $270.99. It was the display model and never used or fired up and the perfect deal for me. They only catch was I had to pick it up within a week and move it my self from Garland to Frisco. I rang up Damen again to bail me out and help me secure this uber slick deal that even the employees were jealous about. I told Damen the truth that it would cost me 2 hrs to rent a truck from Lowe's / home depot for $30 per hour plus gas, time and the headache. I looked at Uhaul pick up truck and that would run about the same. I was looking at minimum $60 to move this item before I count my own labor. He told me to buy the washer and he will take care of moving it. The next day we moved the washer from Garland to Frisco and they brought a smaller ford ranger since all we had was a washer. Perfect truck for the job and saved money on gas and headache on loading and unloading a 250lb washer. He only asked for $50 and I gladly gave him $60 for helping me save $720He helped me unhook the old washer and move it out to the garage along with install the new one and test to make sure it works. This guy is 100% solid and I would make sure you reach out to speak to Damen and let him know what your expectations are and be honest with your move. Let him know how much stuff you have and how much time you think it will take. I have never had an issue and used him twice already. My parents will be booking a 4hr-6hr time slot next week to move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom house.If you have had any issues with 24 hr emergency mover. I would reach out to Damen at his personal cell phone and express to him your concerns. All humans / companies make mistakes but it is the genuine ones that redeem themselves. I don't waist time with uhaul or hiring labor. Stay AWAY from this company - unprofessional, late and just dirty. Guess this is what I get for booking a company off Craigslist.I scheduled this company for 4 movers to come between 12-2 on Saturday. They called several times with unprofessional disconnected phone calls mid-sentence, a few of the crew guys called talking badly about earlier customers they were having to deal with making them late. Half the crew showed up over 3 hours late around 5:30 and the trailer they brought had no break lights and had another customers furniture in it - now HOW were they going to put our whole 3bdroom house into a 17ft trailer with other furniture in it? So they ask us where a Goodwill is to drop it off.....in the meantime, I called Midnight Hour Moving and setup movers for the next day...I called 24 Hour Emergency Movers back and fired them....told them to send their movers home and NOT to come back...I locked my house down and went into hiding.

After being completely stood up by another moving service (DFW Movers, dfwmovers214.com), 24 Hour Emergency Movers saved my butt. When my husband and I realized that the other movers weren't going to show and we couldn't get ahold of anyone with that company, we called 24 Hour Emergency Movers with our last minute request for help and we were so pleasantly surprised when they said they would be there in about an hour. I have to admit I was a little concerned when only two guys showed up to move my 3 story condo into a 26ft uhaul, I thought we'd be there all day, but once again I was pleasantly surprised how fast and efficient these guys worked and they just really saved the day.
