Wayne`s World 2000 Moving Systems

This was a terrible experience. Initially I was quoted a reasonable price for the move, but they would not send me a contract. Short on time, and with a sincere guarantee, I agreed to use them for the move. No problem quickly packing up my belongings at my old place, but when we got to my new place everything changed. I guess he figured he had all of my stuff in his truck so he had me right where he wanted me. He started saying things like "you never told me we had to go across a courtyard. That's gonna be extra", and "this is one heavy dresser. You didn't tell me your stuff was heavy", as if he never lifted a dresser or moved items to this apartment building, where I found the flier for his moving company a few days earlier. I told him "no problem. We will work something out", and the movers proceeded to unpack. I payed for 3 people, but the old man who owns the company barely lifted a finger and looked like he was ready to pass out just walking around sweating on everything. About halfway through unpacking he ordered the 2 college students (employees) to stop unpacking and demanded 50% more money than we agreed on. I told him no and immediately he got up in my face and started yelling and cursing at me and told the guys to get in the truck and that he was going to put my stuff in storage. At first I thought he might hit me, but then I realized it was all staged and that he must play this game with everyone, and I got super calm, which kind of threw him off because I think he was expecting me to yell and lose my cool. I explained that leaving with my belongings would be theft, and that he was threatening to commit a crime. He yelled at me more and then got in his truck and started the engine, and I had to stand in front of his truck while I called the police so he wouldn't drive away with my belongings. After taking a few pictures and telling him the police were on the way, I told him that I was sending the pictures to my family's attorney and would be suing him for breach of verbal contract no matter what, but that it would be for less money if he completed the move. Finally, after yelling back and forth for well over an hour, standing in front of his running truck, calling the police and calling an attorney and threatening him with a lawsuit, the old man finally softened his tone and told the 2 kids to finish the move. When it was done he apologized to me and told me I was right, and then oferred to pray with me. I told him people who pray should not lie and steal because God knows who you really are even if you pray all day long. Then I discretely tipped the 2 college kids and told the old man to get the hell out of my place.  I cancelled the police call and never did sue since he completed the job, but what a big pain. The old man is a loser who is making money on the backs of young men. Use someone else unless you like fighting and drama. And always get a contract. This took hours longer than it should have and was a nerve wracking, adrenaline pumping miserable experience. Spare yourself and use someone else. ANYTHING is better than this loser. And if you are reading this, Wayne, don't even think about retaliation. I still have the photos and the witness. And my attorney is my sister, or my uncle, or one of my 2 cousins. They are free. I will take you to court for all you have and keep you there till legal fees leave you living under a bridge where you belong you effing troll.

Do not use this company, they actually stole all of my belongings. He stated he provided storage services, instead made off with all of my belongings... At least $30,000 in belongings. With my repeated attempts to contact him, he states he's on vacation and hangs up the telephone. Currently seeking legal help in the matter...Could not leave 0 stars.... Edit

A nightmare in Wayne's World: We hired Wayne's World for our last move and it turned out to be the biggest mistake of our lives. In spite of his constant assurances of professional services, it was clear that Mr. Wayne fell short in every aspect of professionalism. He first produced a contract that was different from what we agreed on. The price then suddenly doubled as Mr. Wayne duly informed us that he came to make money. Once he realized that his antics would not work, he proceeded ever so slowly to move our items until our agreed time. By then, only 20% of furniture made it to the truck and they were mostly damaged.  We ended up moving everything else ourselves thereafter in peace. Stay away from Wayne's world...You are better off getting U-Haul truck and a couple of day laborers for your next move.
