I used the company two times to move in in less than a year. Their price was fair. The service on the first move was excellent. This moving team was top notch... When I moved to my permanent location the next moving team damaged a valuable piece of furniture and then attempted to cover up the damage until after I signed off on the work order. When I reached out to the company to file a claim they dismissed my allegations completely and send my a $50 gift card for my aggravation. Sorry I would not hire these guys again nor would I recommend their service...

The most stress-free move ever. The crew was on time, efficient, careful, good-natured, polite, and did everything I was told they would do. The estimate was spot-on with no surprises or hidden charges. I will absolutely hire this company for my next move.

I used this company for my move from Florence, NJ to Mt. Laurel, NJ. The 3 men arrived on time and worked their tails off, finishing up the move in 4 hours as promised. All of my belongings were handled with respect and care. The crew were friendly, courteous, and English speaking. I couldn't have been more happy with the way this move went. I highly recommend them!

We rate Simonik as a 5 +++. We would highly recommend them! From the start of the transaction when Al Leconey came out to meet with us - to the delivery - it was a great experience. The truck arrived exactly on time - the men were extremely hard working even though it was blistering hot and they were careful with everything. Cannot say enough about their service. Thank you Simonik!

Went with this company because I thought the sales guy was good. Moved from NJ to AZ and was sold a "shuttle truck" that would deliver the items from storage to big truck waiting at our home bc big truck was too big (they told us) to get into storage facility. shuttle never showed up and big truck made it in. After several phone calls and 4 trips to the office, they refunded that fee. Truck arrived in AZ, but 3rd party to help unload was never scheduled. Driver called his dispatch in LA to find out what happened and they explained to me over phone that salesman was supposed to arrange that service as was described during sales pitch . Although we were told we would have to "do nothing" bc the beauty of their service is they do it all, my son and husband help driver unload truck and we unpacked everything as well as assembled furniture. I was able to hire 3 people off the street to assist, even though this was part of the almost $9,000 I had already given to Simonik. I left a voicemail for president (it was a Saturday delivery and there was never a cell number or emergency contact number given), and he called back Monday with a bad attitude and after telling me he would look into it, never called me again. Horrible customer service and misrepresentation. Get a pod for your move; you will have to unload anyway and it's more than half the price!!!
