Jose and G were awesome. My move was the move from hell, to say the least, and they were wonderful the whole way. They maintained a great attitude and worked really hard. I would totally recommend them, hands down.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!! The owner is incredibly irresponsible and doesn't respond to customers. They dropped our 55 inch flat screen TV, didn't tell us, but the Geek Squad found the crack from the top of the screen to the bottom. We have called the owner numerous times and left messages but Tyrone won't call us back. We had to buy a new TV for $899. We would be willing to split the cost but he won't call us back. We thought they were insured. Probably not. Much of the furniture is scratched or has broken pieces. I'm going to have to hire a furniture repair professional! They owe us money for the repairs but we can't get Tyrone to call us back! Overall it was a terrible experience!

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT do business with this company. I was dealing with the owner reserving my date.  He told me they need a deposit to hold the date.  The truck was late getting to the house.  THEN on the way to the new house his truck broke down.  The owner called me and wanted ME to call U-Haul so they could get another truck & put on MY card.  Who does that?????? They were over 4 HOurs late.  My help that was here had left by then.  With the mess & time, I paid the drivers in full.  I never deducted the deposit & never received a receipt.  I spend 2 days before the owner got back to me.  They REFUSED to give back my DEPOSIT.  It was a nightmare.  Deceitful & Unreliable.  They say stress free. LOTS of stress.   DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The entire experience was not great. I was charged an extra $50 (down from the initial 75) on a truck fee that I didn't even know I had to pay. I had a set rate per hour and they advised me they would be at my home from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM. They got there at 10:45 AM which caused everything get delayed. My father-in-law insisted on helping them essentially having three people moving. They had full access to an elevator and a hand truck and they were purposefully sandbagging the move. Afterwards they needed ME to give them a truck route. Fine, I led them but we were delayed by 3 hours because we hit rush hour traffic (if they had arrived on time this would have been avoided). Once they arrived to my new home they hustled hard and completed quickly (who wouldn't want to go home at 6 PM?). The employees knew it wasn't fair to charge me all the hours we were stuck in traffic and tried to convince the owner to cut me a break, but Tyrone didn't bring the price down. He discounted $50 because they were late, which ironically is not a full hour at the rate they gave me. The employees themselves were nice people. I don't recommend using these guys, read all the other comments, they WILL be late. They will work slower to stretch the hours, the owner will NOT negotiate with you, but he will push to pay in cash. If you feel comfortable driving a truck, rent a U-Haul, hire movers at each location and avoid the fees for driving.
