Do not book them! They're a scam! 2 guys showed up and started fighting while moving our stuff. 1 guy stopped working because he was mad. Literally acting like children. They also smelled so bad we were all gagging. Very unprofessional. Vert rude. Also, broke thr leg of our chaur. We did.most of tbe moving ourselves. Keith ignored all of my calls till it was time for payment. I'm disgusted.

All talk, no show. After agreeing to a date to pick up and deliver one item, Keith notified me that he was uncomfortable driving downtown. So about two weeks later, I called to schedule another date, and I gave him details about the item. I was expecting him to take care of it immediately. A week later, he called and left a message. I returned the call multiple times over several days and never heard back. So over a month went by after my initial inquiry, during which time I have had to pay daily storage fees on the item. Needless to say, I hired someone else, and the job was completed the next day. Try Task Rabbit.

Unreliable and unprofessional service. (0 stars)Confirmed date and time of move with them 3 times. Even the night before; we have texts to prove this. On the day of the move, 1 hour before the move they called to delay by 6 hours! When we called back a little later to see what else they could do - perhaps hire another trucking company to help us move in time, they said other companies are too expensive. We then asked them to guarantee whether they could certainly come at the later time - but yet there was no guarantee!On asking if there is anything other they can do and they simply said sorry we can't help you and hung up. But lucky for us Jaco Movers were not only available on short notice but were also so professional.
