DON'T use them! I really wish I'd checked the Yelp reviews before booking with this company (interestingly, they had 4 and 5 star reviews elsewhere). To start, the prices are bait and switch. I was given a quote of $180 truck fee and $95/hr, plus tax, and confirmed that they would have wrapping materials. The guy took a brief look around our apartment and started rattling off how much extra it would be for the TV, mattress and box spring, framed photos, and jewelry armoire. This was NOT included in the quote, verbally or in the confirmation email. We talked to a supervisor who reduced the cost, but we still had to pay an extra $40 (it would have been $60, but it turns out they didn't have a mattress wrap so my husband had to go purchase one). We hated this on principle, but they have you over a barrel and they know it. The moving service itself was also subpar. They damaged a bookcase, bureau, and mattress. We had to wait to load the mattress while one guy took a smoke break. We've used moving companies before and always paid after. This was the first time they wouldn't unload the truck until we paid (and they won't book without a credit card on file, so it's not like you can refuse to pay anyway). He was also demanding to know how much tip we were giving before they unloaded and gave attitude when we repeatedly explained we would decide that at the end.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Movers were over 45 minutes late from the times I was told. They barely spoke English and I couldn't understand what they were saying or asking. After loading the truck, they said they were going to take a break even though I was paying by the hour. I told them no and we needed to hurry up to get to my new house. They show up to the new house an hour and a half later. They then tell me I have to pay them before they unload my things. So guess who didn't get tips? They then proceed to THROW everything into my basement without asking me where things go, including large items like my couch. I wrote an email to the company and never heard back. They are absolutely deplorable and should not be in business!
