McCoy's has done it again. This is my second time using Mr McCoy's moving company and they did a WONDERFUL job. Clarence, Shawn and Mr Tune were very professional, courteous and extremely helpful. They moved me from my apartment to a storage facility in record time. I recommend them any day, any time. I will definitely be using them in the future

If I could give this company a negative stars review I would... I made the mistake of scheduling a move with McCoy's Moving Company on 09/01 at 9am. I was in contact with the owner Asad McCoy for a few weeks to finalize the details of my move. He assured me that I would have a two-man crew and protective materials to secure my furniture. Asad texted me the day before to confirm the move and I confirmed that 09/01 at 9am still worked for me. On 09/01 at 9:00am there was no sign of the movers. I texted Asad at 9:00am to get an ETA for the movers but there was no response. I also called him but it went straight to voicemail. I figured they were on their way. 9:00am comes and goes and at 9:16am I call him again and his phone again goes straight to voicemail so I leave a voicemail message. I try texting again at 9:30 and calling again at 9:42. At this point, I am frustrated because I have not heard anything from anyone at McCoy's Company about the ETA of the crew and if the move is even still happening. At 9:49am I get a call from someone named Stephen or Stephan and he informs me that the movers are on their way now and were delayed because "they had to pick up mattress protectors for my bed." I was a little confused as to why they waited the day of the move to pick up these materials and it took them almost an hour to do it. After that phone call, I received another call from Stephen/Stephan stating that "there was an accident on 76 and the movers had to take all the back roads to my apartment." I was already annoyed that they were almost over an hour late but I wanted to get the move over with and move into my new place.Unfortunately, McCoy's "crew" did not show up until close to 11:00am!! Only one "mover" showed up to my apartment to move my things and he did not apologize for the delay or explain why he was late. I asked where the other mover was and he said he was in the truck looking for the key. I notice they are bringing my boxes outside and not loading them into the truck. I ask the same "mover" why my things were not being loaded into the truck and he says that the second "mover" could not find the key to open the truck and there was someone else from the company that was following behind them and he had the key and he should be there in "five minutes." So not only were they two hours late they also did not even come prepared!! Not to mention when the second "mover", Clarence, came up to my apartment he handed me a contract to sign WITH NO INK PEN!! Who does that?!!! I had enough and called my dad to explain what happened, he called a friend of his that agreed to help me move on such short notice. I told the two "movers" that I would no longer need their service and they both said "ok" in the most nonchalant manner ever. Side note: when I went downstairs to tell them I no longer needed them they were chatting it up in the truck and eating McDonald's. I didn't even get a chance to eat breakfast because I was up at 6am prepping for them to come move me out at 9am!!!To top things off, the Stephan guy shows up with the key 20 minutes later (not the 5 minutes like I was told) and I guess the movers told him I no longer needed them. As I'm heading up stairs he says" Ma'am did we do something wrong?" Seriously??!?! I really thought he was joking. I told him I would talk to him in a second because I'm on the phone with my dad. I go up to the fourth floor to my apartment and Stephan comes running up behind me saying "excuse me Ma'am did we do something wrong?" This is a true story I can't make this stuff up! I said yes the "movers" came two hours late and they didn't even have the key to load the truck. Stephan says "yea but I called you several times to give you updates" , as if that makes the moving debacle any better, he also says "and with the key that was my fault because I left it in my pocket." He then says " I advised the movers to load your things in the truck." I stopped him there and informed him that  I already had someone coming to help me move, and I didn't need them anymore and I didn't want any more time to be wasted. Stephan/Stephen whatever, finally acquiesced and went back downstairs.Morale of the story: If you are looking for a punctual, motivated, organized, professional, courteous, and customer service oriented moving company...McCoy's is not the way to go. I turned down other reputable and good moving companies from Yelp to waste my time with McCoy's. Please do not make the same mistake!!

Brillant from start to finish!!Mr McCoy and his team were punctual, organized, lightning fast and extremely courteous.I was nervous about the move, we have a 2yr old and another baby on the way.  But Mr. McCoy and his team made it so simple.  We've moved four times in the past 5 years and have never come across a moving company this good.If you are looking for a moving service in the PA, NJ area they are your best bet.Fantastic bunch and genuinely nice human beings.  We highly recommend them!!

This was the best move! They were on time and they were courteous! I was very upset and the team the Mr. McMoy sent was great! They just kept telling me to smile and they would take care of the rest, which they did. I would recommend them to anyone. Nothing was broken and they handled everything with care. Truly a top notch company. Don't use anyone else and their pricing was very reasonable. I wouldn't change a thing about my move. Thank you again to McCoy Moving!
