I cannot recommend this company. They were insulting, cursed continuously, mentioned several times about how they normally move 'high end' people and my things were 'trash,' , promised to help pack but were unavailable, and refused to move various stuff in the house (seemingly at random?). They also threatened to walk off the job until I called Joe. Joe is nice but seems to be a poor time manager - came across as very disorganized. He could not seem to remember what day he was supposed to send packers, and never showed up to estimate how long packing would take. I'm sure he means well, and does certainly come across as a nice guy. The lead mover did apologize at the end of the move for being so rude, but by then I was just so relieved to see the last of those guys. I'm sure you can do better than this company.

I was contacted by Fry's and was told they would give me a few hundred dollars to take down this review. Not even a full refund for the worst moving experience ever?? We lost part of our deposit because of their negligence, not to mention the tremendous damages that they caused to our brand new home and precious belongings. The phone call that I received re-opened a festering wound, and all of the anger has returned.I decided not to accept their bribe, and to leave this review up as a public service. You should avoid them at all costs, and do NOT be fooled by the recent barrage of fake reviews that they are having posted in the past month. Read my initial review below for more details....

Joe Jr. was great and personable, and the reason why we hired them. When moving day came, it became apparent fairly quickly that I made a mistake. The movers were very careless and didn't follow some very basic common sense rules of moving. First is to wrap the mattress!. I cringed when I saw how they handled my pristine white mattress. Joe had to come over with an industrial cleaner afterwards to clean the dirt off of it. The movers also set my large framed pictures directly on the concrete driveway without any concern of how it may scratch the frames. My media console, which matches 2 end wall unit pieces, and was very expensive, was badly damaged, with the finish scratched off on an area approximately 5" by 5". Again, Joe came to try and repair, but it's not even close to looking good. There were also numerous wall scuffs and doorway scuffs. Lastly, when all boxes were finally unpacked 3 months later, the only item missing was a coffee can full of change. I knew exactly what box it was packed in. I'm not sure what to make of that. The move was a 2 day move, and 2 of the 3 workers differed on each day, so tipping became quite expensive. Foreman Mike was there both days and appeared upset with us and stomped out like a child when he got tipped only once even though the labor was the same as a one day move. Even his worker came back and asked us to "take care of the boss". Seriously? With the work they did, I should have kept the tip money I agree with everything Michael M and Mike T said in their reviews. We also must have gotten the same B team, and efforts to get repairs done had to go through Joe Sr. to reach Joe Jr. Very unpleasant experience.
