Great experience!I rent a storage box at the end of last term. Two nice guy came and helped me to put all my staff in it (full size bed, big desk, chairs, suitcases, tons of boxes and there are still extra space). Then I just went to my internship for the summer and never worried about them. When I came back to Philly, they sent my staff directly to my new apt.These guys make storing and moving sooooooooo easy!

Joe and his team are professional, courteous, and strong (very helpful for moving!). Flexbox was the perfect solution to a complicated move because our storage timeline was unknown due to house buying. Joe made moving and storing easy. Although we didn't need to get stuff from our storage boxes, it was comforting to know that we could if needed. Additionally, when furniture was damaged in the move (things happen...), Joe fixed the issue and was very committed to making it right in a satisfactory way.

From the get go it seemed like a start up. The price for $69.95 listed on the website is apparently not their "summer" rate so I was quoted a price $20 higher per month then what I saw online. Fine. They were great about dropping off the box and taking my money, not great at picking up the phone. The voicemail box was full almost every time I called. I went a few months with them holding onto the boxes and called to have it dropped off. They dropped off the boxes at the new address and they were there for a few days while we unpacked. The township wrote a ticket for the boxes being placed on the street in a no-parking zone. There was nothing listed outside the house for the ticket, which is neither here nor there.What really irked me was that when I called to ask about how to handle the situation, if they expected the customer to pay the ticket (I expected so) the gentleman on the phone said I needed a permit for the area where the boxes were being dropped off. I signed no paperwork and no terms and conditions were mentioned to me upon the initiation of this service. What permit?? The icing was that by the time I got home from work to finish unpacking Flexbox had come to the house and picked up the boxes because the township had filed a complaint. They had my number on file, they did not call. They did not leave a voicemail. For a good 30 minutes I thought the boxes were stolen or towed.When we called about having them dropped off again they had the audacity to say that they had to charge us another $100 for the drop off fee AGAIN. In essence they took our stuff without our permission and said they they were being nice enough to not charge us for another month because of how long it took us to unpack. We had to go and pick up the rest of the contents of the box ourselves because mid-conversation we were hung up on and very unprofessionally dismissed. I would have rather paid for a storage unit and movers. Wonderful concept, poor execution.

The idea behind this company is great. It's very convenient, especially for university students. My friends and I used it last year without a hitch. My one knock against the company is that the service tends to be a little delayed. A few times, my friends and I have had to call multiple times and leave voicemails, which are often left unanswered. That said, it's a good company and I recommend it.

I recently used FlexBox to help me with an apartment move. Couldn't be happier with the service! The guys were professional, respectful, and friendly. They came well-prepared with all of the equipment needed for the move and handled my belongings with care. They also kept me well-informed with their timing and stuck to the agreed upon schedule. I would definitely recommend this service and will call them again if I ever move in the future!
