Tom, the owner, is very prompt in returning his calls.  He offered a fair and competitive price.  three men showed up on time and quickly took away my junk furniture.  There was some glass doors of the cabinets that broke in the driveway.. the men picked up the mess.  I plan on using again in the near future for some junk removal in my shed.

*** update9/2016- the owner Tom saw one of my reviews on Facebook from a long time ago and got so nasty and mean putting me down. This is supposably professional establishment and this guy screwed me over and tried to justify it. I wish I saved the conversation so people can see how he spoke to me on a Facebook. You would not believe it. He couldn't just leave well enough alone. This man is a despicable bully *** Didn't even want to give this jerk 1 star-  Made reservation with this company several weeks ago. Want to use them because they do small removals and i dont need a company that only does 4 hour minimum nor can afford it. This company was supposedly happy to oblige. The day of the move Tom called me at 7:45 am and said the truck broke down and was gona leave it at that. I had to pull out of him what can be done. he said he would call within an hour. I waited well over an hour to hear from him. He tried to pawn me off on another company who wanted a 4 hour minimum and he knew that i couldnt afford that. he then agreed to come thur June 3rd at 6pm with the attitude that i was inconveniencing him. I handled myself very calmly given the fact that this put me in a very bad predictment with no regard from this man/company. i now cant go on vacation that i had planned. i had people to help me this week with move and cleaning that had to be rearranged. I decided to send him a nice/tactful email to say with all things considered it would not be unfair for me to ask for compensation of some sort.  He writes back "d..., i may not even have a truck for the week. you should have gone with other mover. i know it may have cost you extra money but you'd have had the job completed tomorrow. you may have to go that route anyway. i know its an inconvenience but things happen.  My father having seen my crying was very upset and left him tactful msg and in the end said to calll back or he will talk to his lawyer. Tom calls and leaves us both messages and says " not my probelm! and i dont appreciate your threatening emails/calls (no threats made) and not his problem i cant afford another moving company-GET another MOVER!." This company had an obligation to move me and on day of move doesnt show up. doesnt take responsibility and doesnt honor their agreement. Pushing me off on another company that i cant afford is not how you conduct business. When this is a main part of your business you have a plan b ie: renting a truck. What an utterly unprofessional, unreliabe company. I urge people to never patronize them if you dont want this to happen to you. I am now left scouring to find someone at the last minute.

Tom was great and the price was right.  They did a great job removing some old furniture from my parents home.  Would recommend for sure!!!!

When calling this company the customer device seemed really nice. They took my number down and a guy by the name of Tom Dorazio called me back within 15 min. I set up and appointment and was sent a email conformation. I waited and waited on my appointment day and time but they never showed or called. I called the guy multiple times and calls were never returned. The guys never showed up and I was left high and dry. I am extremely disappointed and upset because this was my only day off. This company needs to treat its customers time with more respect.
