Hired them to move a couch about 5 miles from West Philly to Center City.  They showed up 4 hours late, got stuck in rush hour traffic making them even later.  When they got to my apartment, we explained they were allowed to take the railings off to prevent the couch from getting stuck, instead they tried to force a couch up our stairwell scratching the walls the whole way.  Eventually they couldn't even get the couch into our apartment and demanded to be paid for 5 hours of work.  I ended up paying them because I had 2 grown men threatening me and refusing to leave my apartment at 11:30 PM.  Worst company I have ever dealt with.  Amateur hour for sure.

We have used All Around Moverz a couple times and I would definitely use them again.  They are punctual and super fast.  The prices are extremely reasonable.  Plus, Grace in the office is very friendly and easy to work with.  The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is that there were a couple items lightly damaged in our most recent move.  It wasn't enough to raise a big stink about, just mildly annoying.

Horrible!!!! Grace,Wellington, the whole establishment. They broke multiple items as well as gotten into a verbal altercation when responsibility of who broke the items was brought into question. Not to mention they tried to bypass the claims process. My move after being planned months in advanced had to postponed and I'm currently filing a claim against the company and possibly a suit. I would not recommend this company to no one! The workers along with the owner of this company are very unprofessional and when a problem does occur it is not handled with the customer mind. Any company where the workers as well as the owner are willing to curse at a customer when object was broken on the company's behalf is not a company where I will want to put my business to ever again. They were unprofessional, insulting, and only interested in money nonetheless!

I utilized All Around Moverz services today, and am very pleased with the level of professionalism and efficiency i experienced with this company. I moved from Chesapeake City Maryland to Wilmington Delaware, with an entire house full of things. The office liaison who set up our appointment, Grace Polk, was extremely knowledgable, taking the extra time to make sure everything was squared away beforehand. She explained everything out in full detail so we knew how to be prepared and what to expect. On the day of the move, the two gentlemen arrived exactly as scheduled. I was surprised at how quickly they got everything loaded into the truck without so much as a ding. I have this crazy Ikea bed that has a million parts that would not fit down the stairs, and the two men took extra time breaking the bed down, and re-building it at my new place. Can't beat that. Plus the price was extremely competitive. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, and would utilize them for future moves.  Thanks guys.

I used All Around Moverz to move last week. The two gentleman that came out did an excellent job. Each piece of furniture was wrapped in plastic to protect it from scratches.  The guys were on time and completed a fairly large move in a short amount of time. When I received the total amount due at the end of the move, I was shocked at how reasonable it was.  Grace(owner) takes extreme pride in her company and it shows. She was in touch with me throughout the entire process from setting up the move date to the end of the move.  They actually came back to put up a mirror that I forgot to ask them to put up.  I found this excellent company on Yelp.  Defiinitely would use them again.
