This was the WORST Car transporting company EVER! They moved my car from New York to California and the following has happened:Company asked for $1,000.00 in order to be picked up after Agreeing to $780.00Car was picked up 10 days later when agreed to Aug. 17, 2010 before I would move to NY, they came on Aug. 27, 2010. (Way after I already left NY) My dad signed off on the car that there was 1 scratch on the right rear bumper that another car had done while parked in a parking lot.Car was delivered in California at night on September 4,2010. The car was filthy full of all types of bugs stuck on the whole back of my car. The next two days I notice the car is shaky and noisy when driving. I called the dispatcher to be told that they aren't responsible for anything. I then wash my car at a 100%hand wash to notice long black soiled lines, dents, and scratches that didn't come out. Then I called the dispatcher again for him to tell me off saying that, "I was looking for a reason to get a check"! How rude and unprofessional. I asked for the boss's number and I called him to tell him who happens to be the driver of the company "Go Figure". He told me to email him the pictures and that he would work with me. I emailed him the pictures on September 29, 2010 and afterwards, never returned my call on the matter. I call him today on October 11,2010 to follow up. I asked him if he took a look at the pictures I sent and he asks me "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT"? I answer "pay for the damages". He then yells at me saying 'YOU MADE THE DENTS ON YOUR CAR I NEVER WANT TO TALK TO YOU AGAIN AND HANGS UP ON ME"!I am disgusted with this company would never recommend them to ANYONE not even MY WORST ENEMY!NOt to mistaken this company with a similar named company the dispatcher's name is NICK and the Driver/Boss is VLAD! So if you come across these names YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
