Awesome Service!!! I was searching for a moving company the last minute (one day before moving out) and contacted this company and they were extremely accommodating!! Not only was the fee below most of their competitors but they actually were available unlike many other companies! I also requested to delay the arrival time twice and without complaining, the person who answered the phone was accommodating in this manner as well. Two men arrived at my home (early), analyzed the amount of moving pieces and immediately began working. I asked several questions along the process and they were professional but also personal which ensured me they cared about the process and my satisfaction. I recommend this company for impeccable service and great rates. P.S. - I was nervous because there was only one review before booking. But I'm very particular, and would use this company again with out doubt!

Unbelievable. AVOID. THIS. BUSINESS.I contacted swift with extensive details on what I needed moved via Yelp on a Tuesday about a Friday move the same week. Foiz, the owner, responded quickly with a flat rate quote of $425. I asked about a 10am move and what payment methods they accepted. Foiz said it was cash only and that "I can schedule you in for 3-4pm window. How is that?" To which I confirmed with "Sure that works!" I also asked if we could touch base on either Thursday or Friday morning to confirm the specific time I should meet them during the agreed upon time slot (either at 3 or 4pm) so I wasn't standing outside for an hour. Come Friday morning (moving day!) I go to message Swift to see if I should meet them at either 3 or 4pm during our confirmed date and time slot. To which I receive a response from them saying they cancelled the move because they sent me a Yelp message on Thursday night (less than 24 hrs before my move) and didn't hear from me so they cancelled it?!In my experience an agreed upon date and time slot between a customer and a business is a confirmed appointment. Apparently, Swift somehow does not follow normal business etiquette.Needless to say I was furious as I had shifted a flight around my move and was sleeping on a futon since my bed is in storage. The owner apologized for the booking mistake then says he can move me in the morning on Saturday "11am you got it you have my word." BUT GUESS WHAT Y'ALL?! His word ain't bond because I get a phone call on Friday night at 7:30pm from Foiz telling me that he gave me the "wrong quote amount," "it was a typo," "we're just a startup," "it's a really busy weekend," and several other excuses as to why they now can't do it on Saturday morning either. Because it's Friday night and a 3 day holiday weekend Swift Movers have me all foized up. Run, don't walk, away from this "business."

They have made it so easy for me! Best moving company I've worked with. Very kind, helpful and on time! I would highly suggest for anyone to use Swift!! Kurt made sure everything worked out for me!
