Yesterday, Dominic, Sean, and Jon helped me and my two roommates move into a 4th/5th floor walk-up - certainly no easy feat! They arrived on time, took care of our furniture, and worked extremely quickly. The whole move only took about 4 hours, despite the 90 degree heat! They all had great personalities and were so friendly throughout the process, which made the day way less stressful. The price was very reasonable - definitely the lowest quote I got (and I looked at many places). Zak was very helpful with the logistics and with getting me an accurate quote. Unlike other places that require you to have someone come look at your stuff before the day of the move, they let you adjust throughout your packing process. Very positive experience overall.

These guys far exceeded my expectations! Solidarity Movers was definitely the most reasonable quote I received and, at the end of the move, I paid exactly what Zak quoted me in the beginning! He was very quick with the quote and responses, and answered all of my questions very graciously. My two roommates and I were already so stressed out about moving, but our movers, Sebastian and Dom, made it so easy and even enjoyable! They not only tirelessly hauled all of our stuff out and into our new place, they were very courteous and friendly the entire time. The fun conversations we had in the duration of the move really put us at ease! They were also extremely professional, wrapped all of our large items and TV,  and would always keep us in the loop with anything we needed to know, such as if there was a little knick in my furniture already or that they were going to organize the things in the truck before driving to the new apt. They stayed until we were completely satisfied with where everything was put and we were good to go!  The service overall was worth far more than what we paid and Solidarity Movers made moving a little less daunting. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm already telling my other friends who are moving in NYC about them because they're the best!

I found these guys on Facebook and took a chance. I was shocked by how responsive and professional and pleasant and reasonably priced the move fromNYC to MA was. Every time I made a change or asked a question in the days leading up to the move  Zak responded quickly. The price Zak quoted was the price we paid. The movers Sebastian and Tomas were friendly and smart. I have moved many times and this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with movers.Solidarity Movers provide a high quality professional move. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I moved again (a little less than a year after my first review), and while we were dealing with all of the other stress and logistics of the move, it was such a relief to know we had Solidarity Movers to count on. Zak and his team are pros. Nothing went wrong - I feel like that's a rare quality for a moving company - and the crew was reliable, hardworking, and friendly. Plus we felt great supporting Solidarity since they themselves support local non-profits that we care about. Highly recommended.

Can't praise Zak and crew enough! Totally professional, trustworthy and caring with belongings! Made the move from UWS to Brooklyn a breeze! Fair prices with reasonable quote. Fast responses to emails! The 3-man crew was awesome! Definitely will recommend to anyone needing movers in NYC and if we have need for another move, the first call will be to Zak at Solidarity! (We give them 10 STARS !)
