I used Soft Touch based on my experience for there unloading service. However this wasn't the same company, they did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them.

This is the worst company!  Don't do business w them. They stole my things. What was delivered months later was broken,smashed beyond repair. They are liars!

Do NOT be fooled by this company.  I booked a move with them back in June of this year given that the prices sounded too good to be true.  I should have known something was fishy when I didn't receive an email confirming the move or the charges and I had to call back to ask them for it.  I put down a "fully refundable" deposit of $50.  I called two days before the move cancelling the movers - I decided I was moving myself in without the moving hassle.  Needless to say, they were not happy, but said that they refunded the $50 to my account.  One month later - the credit still hadn't appeared on my account.  I called to complain and the rude representative on the other line, Billy, insisted that their Accounts Payable team had refunded the money and that "I had a costumer once wait 6 months for his refund to appear on his account."  I demanded to speak to their Billing department to verify and they said they would ensure it got refunded. It is now almost November (5 months later) and I still have yet to receive a refund.  Every time I call their number now, it goes straight to a call center where the representatives insist they have no contacts at the company and after 3 messages left, still no response.  They are a sleazy company - I wouldn't doubt this is the old Apollo Van Lines posing under a new name.  I am furious and will ensure they do not get any more business.  Thank goodness I didn't go ahead with the move with them!!
