Roundcity did an amazing job when I hired them for my move in Brooklyn. They were on time and done faster than I expected. The one item that broke the glass on a picture frame, they had fixed for me and redelivered a few days later. Great service!

Without question, the most effortless move I have ever done.  Scheduling took all of five minutes and when I had to change my moving day, they accommodated me immediately.  Eric and his team arrived ahead of schedule and packed up the truck in less than half an hour.  They were quick, but also very careful.  You can tell that they take their job very seriously -- something that I think is not necessarily common among movers.  I used these movers to move  large amount of items to storage with manhattan mini storage -- if you are storing there, I'd strongly recommend requesting this company to assist with your move.

I hired this company off of a referral from a friend who knew the owner to unload a 15" truck that I had driven up from Atlanta. I have since questioned he and I's friendship given the quality of service.To start, they are overpriced. I don't say this lightly as I'm not one to put a price on someone else's service given the I too am a service provider in a different field. However, the quality of service turned out being less than average which is what makes them overpriced. 2 of the 3 guys were on time. The guys work hard and don't complain and they moved me on a day where it was about 90.  Those are the positive.The MAJOR negative is that the guy that was late ended up unloading about $3K's worth of furniture and a 60" flat screen tv ON THE WRONG FLOOR! There was no inventory done as they unloaded so no way to keep track. Given how tired I was I failed to do a check once they were done. For the better part of 15 hours a whole elevator load was sitting on the floor above me and I thought I'd been robbed. If you just need solid workers, go with this company. If you also need attention to detail, a reasonable price that's in line with the quality of the work and overall quality, save yourself the headache. & to the company: get your guys a checklist or something! Lastly, they made me pay cash! I was told that they do not accept credit cards or debit cards so no points.

The move into storage of my studio apartment was terrifying to me: I hadn't moved for 25 years and now I had to have my apt remediated for BLACK MOLD! Ugh. So everything had to go into storage for a few weeks during the clean up and then renovation of apt. The three-man crew featuring foreman Hilario showed up on time, relaxed and smiling. They did everything for me as I was paralyzed with fear of moving, and managed to fit all my furniture and boxes into a pretty tight storage room. They pack my piano, armoire and other large pieces into the galley kitchen and bathroom, stacking stuff carefully on top. The move back was pretty pain free though now with the floors done and freshly painted walls it took more effort in order not to scratch or chip. There were a few minor dings and scrapes but a handyman was dispatched from the company to do the repairs.  They were a bit pricier than other bids I got, but I got a good feeling from the owner, Jamie, when he did my quote and he was very nimble with scheduling as I wasn't sure when I could move back in and asked for the crew to be on standby. Thank you Jamie and Hilario and the A-team!

I am a little late in posting this, but felt that Jamie and Lucas did such a good job that I still needed to post this. Jamie and Lucas kicked ass for me. After being abandoned by my moving company, Jamie agreed to come and move me at 8PM, continually assuring me that he would be there. And boy was I glad that he did!  Jamie and Lucas were professional, skilled, and made what could easily could have been the worst day into not such a bad day. If you are looking for good, nice, strong movers that you feel comfortable with, please look no further. I could not recommend them higher!
