I strongly recommend this company to anyone who plans to move locally and nationally. Superb service, punctual...responsible. Sonny, the sales rep who I spoke to, was very kind and provided with accurate information and exceptional assistance.

WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADEA NIGHTMARE AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY.I was lied to, they make bullshit guarantees. They lost my boxes. They scratched my motorcycle. They left us stranded in Florida for weeks with nothing.Awful representatives .DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.The worst decision I ever made. Don't be fooled by the other reviews. They were probably made by their shady employees.I'm filing civil suit against them.

DO NOT USE. DO NOT CONTACT. AVOID!!!!!!NOT A REAL COMPANY. NIGHTMARE. RUDE, DUMB STAFF!!!!!!This company was was very helpful when I was looking for a quote. made many promises about their company'a ethics, policy, procedure etc. ALL OF IT WAS A LIE. These people quoted me a "binding" estimate, then once they had loaded all my stuff into the truck, tried to charge me almost triple my amount, although my inventory did not change 1 box. The terrible woman I had been working with up to this point at their headquarters, was "conveniently" in an all day meeting and could not answer her phone. AVOID BRANDI. she is BEYOND rude and completely incompetent at her job. They pressured me into signing this document as I sat on the curb crying! They do not speak english, and no one tells you anything straight.I moved cross country and was very concerned about my belongings. Once I provided my new address, I tried to stay in close communication about the date of my shipment. Every time I called, Brandi would not take my calls, reply to my emails and, No one could seem to find any record of me even shipping with the company.  I was told a completely different story each time I called. They told me on 3 different occasions that my belongings had shipped, only to find out, on the day of scheduled delivery, IT WAS STILL IN THE WAREHOUSE. 62 days later... my goods FINALLY ARRIVED! different people than the ones that moved me the first time (which I was told, would not be the case) They again did Not speak english. They could not find my goods in this mile long truck that showed up and had to completely unload another person's stuff onto the street!!!! Luckily I live in a safe area, so none of their stuff was at risk for being taken while they were bringing everything into my unit. But I can't say the same about everyone else's delivery location. The truck that showed up was COMPLETELY ghetto. It was about a block long. I have NEVER seen a truck this long. NO signage. Different license plates on the front and back and nasty graffiti on the side of the truck. My dresser was completely shattered. My trunk had the handles ripped off. Other than that, the rest of my stuff was in fact there. But in NO way was this a relief after the tumultuous 62+ days I had spent dealing with this nightmare. PLEASE. PLEASE save yourself the trouble. KEEP LOOKING. Quality Van Lines is NOT a real company. the website has grammatical errors all over it. they say they contract their moves out, yet in their emails, they guarantee they do it all themselves. The owner, George is clearly running a front for something else, also he is the meanest man I have ever spoken to. I called to get clarification, and he SCREAMED at me, obviously making me cry and continued to tell me I had no idea what I was talking about and threatened me that I should NOT call back again. Fun Fact: They make you pay in POSTAL CHECKS to avoid government tracking it is clearly tax evasion. They need to be taken down. I took pictures of all my packing, how they packed everything in the truck, and I had a full inventory myself. I did not trust theirs. and have a full list of images of the delivery.The only person at this place that was ever nice to me or at all helpful, was a man named, Sonny. I hope he gets out of there quickly, poor guy.Wish I could give them a less than 1 star review. more like -5*.
