These guys were great.  They showed up 15 minutes early.  They were fast efficient and careful with all my items.  Jack was great from the initial conversation, the COI and the million questions I had for him about the process.Would definitely use these guys again!Kathy

DO NOT USE THEM, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP!!!! I called Quality Moving Company around June 1st to schedule a moving for July 1st. I talked to Jack, the sales executive. We went through all the items that I had in my apt, he gave me the 9am slot and said that the price was $85/h 4 hours. I remember to asked him if I could trust him and if they would show up, he assureed me that they were a serious company.  I called them back on June 24 to asked them to send a certificate of insurance for one of the buildings. He again assured me that I was on schedule for 9am. On June 29 at 11:37am Jack called me and left a message saying that he was calling to confirm the moving and he said "please, call me back". The message did not convey any urgency nor he gave me any time frame that I was supposed to call. I couldn't call him back that day because I worked until late, but I called him back less than 24h after his first call, on June 30 at 9:23am. To my big surprise he told me that he had taken us out of the schedule because he had tried to call me two days before and I did not answer. That is not true: I can show my iphone that recalls all the calls that I receive and he never called me two days before (June 28) as he claims, he only called me on June 29. Also, in his message he never said that it was urgent nor that my schedule was in danger if I didn't call back right away. Also, he had sent the certificate for insurance just a few days ago. Altough me and my husband talked to them and we tried everything they said that they could not honor our agreement. We had to contact another moving company and asked them to squeeze us in their schedule for a last minute moving. They agreed to do that but a much higher price: $200/h. I am a very organized person and it offended me that he lied and accused me not to ahve confirmed our appointment when I did several times.
