I have used Prudential twice now. The first time I used them I was a little skeptical because other reviews online were not so good. I went with them anyway because they were recommended to me by someone that had just used them for a move.The first move in February 2015 was a local move. Even though it was a couple of years ago I remember them showing up on time and finishing 2 hours early than they quoted. The workers do not stop working either. Everything was moved safely and quickly. I got some money back since they came in under quoted time. I was happy.The second move was last week. They were around an hour late showing up. Not a big deal for me, but to other customers it might be. There was also an issue with the quote they sent me. We ended up working it out.It was another local move, but had 4 stops. I wasn't sure if they would be able to do it in the quoted time since there were so many stops. They finished with 1 hour to spare. I was very happy again. The movers worked hard and never took breaks. Everything was wrapped securely. Watching them navigate heavy furniture with ease is impressive to watch.I can't recommend Prudential Van Lines enough. I've always gotten quotes from a man named Peter. You tell him the contents of the move and where it is going and he quotes you right over the phone. Both moves were done under the estimated time which was great.

A bunch of dishonest thieves that should be put OUT OF BUSINESS! They are the WORST. They were 10 hrs late threw my belongings in the middle of the living room. Put nothing together and they were swearing at me because they were so late. Within a few days I realized a lot of things were missing. Filed a complaint and was offered 60.00. I'm sick over all the belongings they stole. 6500.00. So far no recourse but to put in my review. Another SCUM COMPANY. This can happen to you too!! BEWARE
