These guys were the best!  We had very short notice to get this move from storage in NJ to Midtown East and Oz made it happen.  Efficient, polite, timely. I've never moved into a metropolitan area and was more than a bit concerned.   With these guys, all was good!Nothing damaged, nothing lost, and we got to sit back and watch the process unfold!Highly recommend!

If you are planning a local move, maybe OZ. If you are planning for a long distance relocation, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.PAID OVER $2,500 THE QUOTED PRICE!This was the most stressing, unprofessional move I have ever experienced.What can I say, the sales team and the moving crew that picked up my stuff were exceptional (I would have given them five stars if it was just them). Now the rest of the experience (1 star for this part of the experience, with the exception of one supervisor that tried to correct things and the crew that delivered my stuff 9 days later, who did their best they could)...This is THE WORST,  AGAIN, THE WORST DISPATCH TEAM I had to deal with in my entire life (5 moves - 3 long distance so far). I followed the recommendation of my previous building - I am sure they got a commission....GO with ALLIED instead. These guys know long distance. OZ does not!The only professional interaction with Dispatch was their packaged emails and automatic replies. Besides that, I only got CAN'T DO THIS, YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA, DON'T KNOW and CAN'T GUARANTEE. After more than 20 calls, waiting online for long period of times, no return calls, I basically find out they needed to deliver the day before (a Friday- my new building doesn't allow weekends) and wanted to charge me extra for delivery on a Tuesday as the building service elevator was booked for Friday and Monday. I ended up paying the building extra labor hours to have the delivery happen after the other tenants finished using the elevator. Again, OZ was ready to "penny pinch me" for extra money for the late delivery. Not to mention the surprise I got when a half of my china was broken (glasses, plates), so were lamps, lamp shades and other items. Boxes with the label Fragile were smashed or damaged. One of them had hundreds of baby spiders inside. I was told there was a transfer to another truck (and storage) somewhere in NJ or NC. I REGRET EVERY MINUTE about making the decision to hire this company. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR LONG DISTANCE MOVE A LARGER LIFE STRESSOR THAN ALREADY IS, GO AHEAD, HIRE OZ!

These guys are excellent, used them 2 times now and never let me down.I moved from NYC apartment to house in  South Jersey and it was smooth and painless, they took care of all the heavy lifting and wrapping of our oversize furniture Pedro and his team know what to do and how to do it properly, thanks to them again ..!

I was quoted a price 500 dollar more expensive than I spent 1 year ago with exactly the same amount of stuff with a different company, fine, bigger company more professional staff. But then...they completely broke my furniture... I brought it at an oversea designer shop and took almost 2 months to ship here but safe and sound, yet couldn't make a cross town trip from west to east . Nobody told me until I asked about where is my mirror... they are going to dispose it !!! What is worse is that they want me to tick the checked all my item box before they finish unload, lucky I actually checked, otherwise "it's not on paper". Then I have contacted their customer service..nobody pick up phones nor call back...will call tomorrow again.So I have an update. I have provided everything they requested to file a claim after I posted the review. And because the shop is still selling the same furniture I got a replacement invoice without shipping cost. Today they told me they settled my case. So I waited. Guess what, not even half of the cost so I couldn't get myself a replacement, never mentioning the shipping cost! What is worse is that they blamed me for ticking the contract about the "60 cent per pounds".. ignoring the fact that we were not really given a choice on that day, we asked about other options but they don't have any details on other options! It's either tick or not moving...I am willing to overlook my broken mattress protector and scratched new TV stand by them because mattress protector is not significant and TV stand is still functioning , yet my favorite furniture got broken into pieces! And I couldn't replace it with the provided compensation.. will escalate the issue until it's properly handled.Conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this company. Given the 50% premium on the price yet not taking full responsibility when accidents happen. If you are thinking about paying more to keep your stuff safe or you are covered ... well... you are not. So probably smarter to choose a smaller company, much cheaper, risk is just the same and you might be taken care of better because some of them actually care about their reputation in the business.

They destroyed a $3,500 buffet and when caught red handed they tried to claim that it was like that before. I of course had taken pictures of it 20 Minutes before they showed up and was happy to show them that it was in perfect condition before they destroyed it trying to lift it holding only from the top part. That was at pick up. Fast forward 2weeks later at delivery the same buffet had its doors ripped off because they couldn't take the time to unscrew them and the veneer was cracked at all the corners. The claim department was very rude and not apologetic. I will never use this company again.
