Don't do it. They charged much more than estimated, took longer than promised and I worked harder than they did to unload our things from the truck. You have been warned, they will make your move a nightmare.Update - upon going through the mess they left in storage we found multiple furniture items damaged and several items missing. As they arrived at night just as storage was closing we were unable to check in our boxes and furniture as well as we should have. Live and learn. Hopefully you won't make the same mistake we did.Update #2 - more than a week after a conversation with Mike, during which no refund was offered, we still haven't received the promised 'insurance claim forms' for our damaged furniture or an explanation of the extortion attempt (''that will cost more") by the driver when he was asked to deliver a portion of our load to our apt. less than a tenth of a mile away as Mike had previously promised. At this point I know I'm beating a hopefully dead horse, but as I said before, don't hire these people.

Move on , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.The owner manager Mike took a deposit of $100.00 from my office manager and that's when the disrespect, thefts and all the issues started.1st. The drivers were 3 hours late and I had to go out to find them2nd, When my office manager Pat called Mike at 10:45am to ask were his men were he became angry because he said she was bothering him.3rd. They damaged my dinning room furniture during the move.4th. Right after I tipped all three workers $60.00 each I made them open the back door of the assumed empty truck and one of the workers was sitting in the back of the truck on a box covered with a drop cloth. I asked what is that you are sitting on. He responded nothing man. Then I demanded three more times until he finally got up off his degenerate mutant ass and pushed the box away. In it was a container if my change and all my personal items. He ran out of the truck and I chased him.  Then I had to take the rest of the truck apart in the front to make sure they hadn't stolen anything else.5th. The next day I called Mike the owner and he became enraged with anger because I woke him up at 830 am on a weekdayTo top it off we were over charged the $100.00 because it wasn't removed from the final bill.My name is Dave from Commack,  davie1962@aol.com you know who this is.Mike try to make believe you are a man you chump,  your woman is probobly laughing at you everyday. Scrub , let's do lunch. You know how to reach me

I paid twice the amount they indicated in the initial quote.  Some of my furnitures are seriously damaged. My boxes are crashed too. I contacted them about it but no response at all. Worst experience!By the way, the staff who picked up my household items asked me to rate them here so they can give me discount. I paid an expensive price still. I deleted my initial review. They did not give me a receipt.

My parents contracted with this company to move their house of 29+ years and received a quote over the phone.  They requested an early arrival between 8 and 9 a.m. on the day given that it was "a big move" per Michael Boston's recent commentary.  The first truck showed up around 11 a.m. and was a rental truck with no lift gate, no "on point moving" logo and the coordinator (Leah) didn't even have the foreman's number to speak with for some ridiculous reason. (I think it was that they hired them last minute, if I recall what was told to my parents) After my mother spoke with Leah and didn't get a direct answer as to when they were coming, I made a phone call.  Leah apparently thinks I was yelling at her, which I beg to disagree.  Her excuses were that there was 'traffic' (first story was that the truck was coming from Jersey City...but it came from upper NY actually), that the trucks weren't "speeding" (as if our assumption was that they should be doing mock speed to get to an appointment) and that "the job would get done" which is contractually required by the fact that they have a signed contract to complete a move, so I'm not sure whether that was a bonus message from Leah that the job would get done or just a ridiculously obvious statement.  Would you be shocked to know that my response was "Are you actually trying to tell me that the trucks weren't speeding is an excuse" OR "I know you're getting the job done, it is more a matter of WHEN it will get done given that they werent' even there yet." or my response to the end of month being 'busy' for us, which I said, " I don't care whether you're busy or not at the end of the month, that has nothing to do with me, but has to do with your scheduling and manpower.  It is, after all, Your business, right?  When I asked who the owner was I was given Michael Boston's name/number and told that he was in court and unavailable.  The guys were all very nice guys and had a lot of items to pack, wrap, lift, etc.  They even had to deal with the new owners showing up and asking them when they would be done, walking through the house, walking on bubble wrap and generally being in the way, Nothing bad to say about the crew.  At some point in the early evening, and during a conversation with my parents, Michael Boston, who at this point, I had not spoken with was accusing me of yelling at Leah (Not true and if you're going to use lame excuses and not accept poor plannning and management skills, don't be surprised if the client doesn't accept them as gospel) and apparently the crew.  So, I called Michael at 9:30 this morning to let him know that I didn't appreciate any accusations of my "Yelling" and that it was not accurate at all.  He kept trying to interject that it was a "big move" which had nothing to do with what I was talking about and wasn't in debate in the first place.  Just like the mere idea that the job would get done, wasn't something that was assumed would be 50 or 60 or 70 % done?!  So, while Michael was trying to overtalk me, and tell me that Leah was speaking with the two foreman (the first one whose phone number she didn't have and asked us to ask him to call her?!) and that  customers always get in the way on a move day, I overtalked him and said that he should get his facts straight and that Leah was a liar for saying I was yelling.  Grow up Leah...and if you want to hear yelling, feel free to give me a ring back.  And Michael, since I see you read these reviews, why don't you call Anthony again and ask him whether the one person (me) who was there since my parent's weren't was in the way or whether it was the new homeowners, the mother in law, their child and their moving crew that was in their way to get your story straight.Oh...and yes, after I was told at 9:30 in the morning that Michael didn't appreciate a morning phone call...I hung up on him,And an update...to concur with the other reviewer...their estimate vs. the actual bill my parents had to pay was over $4000 more!  I'm sure BBB and other officials will have fun looking into this company.  .
