I had to move fairly quickly and last minute and these guys were exactly what I needed. You'll probably speak with Stacey when you call, who is amazing and very friendly. She helped ease my mind throughout the process and sent me all the info I needed both before and after the moving/storage process. Mike, an on-site manager, was also amazing and very professional. He came to give me on-site estimate just a day or two after I called, and the final price was well within the quoted range. They even sent me a list of materials (# of boxes by size, packing material, tape, etc.) I'd need ahead of time so I'd be able to buy what I needed on my own to save me some money. Overall, it was exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Excellent customer service by Stacey and excellent movers. Stacy was able to organize a move from my apartment in the city to their storage and then from storage to my new home in Brooklyn. She is professional and diligent and responds quickly to customer needs. The team of movers they have are quick and professional as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their great service and good rates. Cost of entire move from apt to storage to home was nearly the same as only one move by FlatRate! What crooks!

Door-to-Door and its partner companies provided excellent service both in Brooklyn where I moved from and in Manchester, NH where I moved to. NY Mobile Self-Storage provided excellent service at the beginning of my move in Brooklyn, NY while Above & Beyond Moving & Storage provided outstanding service at the Manchester end of my move. I highly recommend them!

I am so impressed with this company and highly recommend. We needed to store our entire apartment while doing renovations. They were extremely helpful every step of the way. Stacey was very friendly and patient and she gave helpful information. They were flexible with dates and made a stressful process quite easy. For pick up and return of our belongings they were extremely prompt and organized and worked very quickly. I was able to relax knowing we were in great hands and highly recommend them.

NY Mobile Storage got our Door to Door moving box to our apartment. The delivery procedure was subject to NYC-ness (i.e. traffic and varying load/unload times of others'), so I was a little nervous that Stacy was only able to provide a three-hour window of delivery, an hour to unload, and then only to let me know when the delivery window would be the afternoon before.Moving day was stressful until the driver showed up.Vlad was here on time and we unloaded without any problems, and that's really what motivated me to write this review: the driver. Vlad was *awesome* (literally). We did not ask him to help unload at all, but he jumped right in and schlepped boxes up a flight. Dude is a machine. Really nice guy. I'd work with NYMSS again just for him.
