0 stars. Broke my TV which was professionally packed. Broke China, plates, memorabilia. Furniture arrived chipped and damaged. Boxes were crushed. Clothing ruined. Owner was rude and blamed me for the way it was packed. Run. Cheap, but so much was damaged. I have moved a few times before. By far the worst mover ever.

DOT#: 2563144 MC#: 894633 This moving company damaged (nearly) every single furniture item in their possession.  To note some of the damage: lamp completely broken into shards, another lap was completely scuffed up and the shade torn in half w/holes poked throughout, the leg to my bed was cracked in half, the arms on my couch were scuffed down to the whitemeat and the frame is wobbly, frame on a piece of art completely broken off, etc. There is THOUSANDS of dollars worth of damage. These people should not be in the moving business.When I brought this damage to the owner's attention (who was the main one who caused it) he had a nonchalant attitude and said I'll just have to get it repaired. No offer was made to pay the cost of the repairs. They will blame the customer for the damage. A reviewer on Uship had a similar incident and the owner called him a liar. Other points of frustration with this company: they will constantly change your delivery date. I gave them a specific date to deliver BEFORE hiring them. They agreed to it and then on the day of pickup, they tried to pressure me in having the items delivered 9 days early b/c ";they didn't plan their schedule well." I declined. Then, they called me days later and tried to change my delivery date again. I declined. Finally, on the agreed upon delivery date (which had been on the books for weeks), they text me early in the morning saying they won't make it and don't know when they will. When they do finally arrive, I was delivered a truck full of damaged furniture.
