Yep. Real deal.  They moved me today from Sunset Park to Park Slope. I didn't have a ton so the move so it took an hour and half door to door.  I've moved many times in the city and have tried cheaper movers that were disasters (late, slow, maybe high etc) and these guys are beyond legit.  Spend the money. Tip well. They worked really hard and fast. Get your move done and get on with what's important: enjoying your space.

Moving Your Way really is as great as all the reviews make it out to be. I kept asking myself, why does this seem too good to be true...and it really is as good as it sounds. 3 guys moved my entire 1BR apt (50 boxes, numerous large pieces of furniture, etc) from Manhattan to Brooklyn in less than 5 hours for half the price of the closest competition (I had received competitive quotes from Moishe's, Flat Rate, Rabbit, Roadway, etc). The 3 movers were as professional as could be throughout the entire process. They were efficient, super quick, and still treated all my possessions with care. Not a single item broke in the move. I was never pressured into giving a tip, but did not hesitate to give a 30% tip split evenly amongst the crew. They were all very appreciative.I really like that they charged an hourly rate as opposed to by volume, so I didn't have to fret over how many boxes needed to be moved. I knew from the start exactly how much it would cost based on the time it took, and there were no last minute surprises especially since they moved everything so fast that it took less time than anticipated.Moving in NY in general is never a pleasant experience...but Moving Your Way made it as smooth a process as possible. if you have to move, use these guys and you won't be disappointed.

Make sure you actually hire Igor when you use this company. He sent Michael as a stand in and I did not have a great experience. They were not gentle or careful. When I came back after they'd been working for a couple hours there was a big black liquid spill on the kitchen floor which they were just stepping over. I cleaned it up and didn't notice until we got to my new place that that black liquid had spilled all over my nicest rug. I pointed this out to the lead guy and he poo poo'd it like it was nothing. He didn't apologize, just scrubbed it with soap and water. Even after I went back over it with real cleaning materials it only came out partly. They also broke the tip off of my hanging elk skull. They also took just over 7 hours but billed me for 8 (plus $30- so $150 extra) I assumed the extra charge was due to their having to use some of their own packing materials which is fine. However, I did not like how they reacted when I gave them all a 25% tip. Michael said that that was too low and that his men deserved more! He actually tried to make me go outside again to go to an atm. Felt like I was being extorted. I would not use this service again.

Spoke to Igor about moving the first week of January.  Found out it was going to snow this Sat. but he said no problem.  Sasha and his crew called to say they could come earlier than 2 pm to start loading the truck.  They had to go to the cellar, first floor and parlor floor to get all the stuff.  They shoved the snow to make it easier for them and were loaded in 45 minutes.  The move from Park Slope South to Crown Heights went fast and smooth. I would definitely call them if I had to move again.  Great experience!

Moving Your Way isn't fancy but they get the job done, fast. They are very reasonably priced. $115 an hour for 4 guys. We originally estimated 5 hours, but they were done in 4, so you know they are efficient. There isn't a ton of communication before hand, basically a quick phone call and faxed insurance certificates to our buildings. They do come pretty early, so just plan that into you appointment time.
