This is a scam company. They advertise that they are movers, when you book you pay them a $150 deposit and then they do not move you. You cannot get in touch with them. Felix Medina is a scam artist. Do not let them scam you too. Stay away from using them.

Worst movers I ever had, don't go for cheap as I did. I used their moving and storage services. They do not respond to emails, calls, voicemails or text messages. Impossible to reach them.

I worked with Felix. He came to the apartment for inspection and estimation of the flat rate moving to storage and then storage to long distance delivery. It included movers, truck, delivery, storage, basic insurance, dollies, gas & miles, assemble & disassemble furniture, all items wrapped, blanket wrapping of furniture and all tape packing paper. I paid initial deposit to book and full balance which includes two months storage on moving day in cash as requested. When I asked for receipts, he said he would send it to me later in the evening but I never received it. Felix came with 2 movers and didn't bring any tape and blankets. His plastic wrap also finished quickly, so I brought the other from Home Depot and also tape and bubble wrap. They also broke some furniture and didn't bring any tools to disassemble, just one basic screwdriver. I gave my toolset to use. They used and cut my extra moving boxes to wrap 55 inch LED TV, dressing mirror and wall paintings. They brought a medium size truck due to that I had to trash and leave a couple of things because of no space in the truck however they inspected the apartment thoroughly. Even though all the stuff in the truck was so tight that I'm still worried that they are not damaged or broken.

They moved everything in their storage as I already paid for two months with moving and paying for the storage every month after 2 months but now I need my stuff delivered to my new address. After a year when I contacted Felix for delivery, he said, he is too busy and now I have to work with their schedule, may deliver in September and let me know exactly when. After that, I've been contacting him from the last 2 weeks but he is not responding. I don't know what to do now. I need my stuff back. I will update this review when they deliver but now the problem is that they are not responding.

Wonderful experience with Medina Moving today. Crew was professional, polite, hard working, and sharp on time.  Very reasonable price for everything included.  Definitely recommend to anyone looking for reliable and professional, fairly priced movers.

This was the worst experience I have ever had, not only with movers, but any business professional. The man I spoke with at Medina, sent me a contract, and confirmed my move for August 31st, 2017 at 2:30. I told him I had to be done with using my elevator by 4:30, as I live in a luxury building and that is their rule, or I am fined with $500.He said okay.The day of he was impossible to reach from the beginning. When he confirmed, he told me he was running late and he "may" be there by 2:30 and would let me know. Then when I kept called hm after 2:30, 3:00, etc. he wouldn't answer.Finally he answered, after no joke, 10 calls and 10 texts, and said he could be there between 4 and 6.My father, landlord, porter, and doormen, all had to move my stuff, unwrapped, from my apartment to the service entrance, before 4 30. I kept calling and texting- no answer. Finally he answered and said he could maybe be there in 30 minutes or so, but to send him a picture of the stuff I have to move out (SO WEIRD). So I did. He never answered after that - no calls, no texts, nothing. I called a million times, texted, etc. Finally I saw he read my text at 6:43, which said he broke a contract and that I would be reporting him to not only the small business bureau, but additional labor bureaus as well, and I got a call at 6:44 from one of his other workers who said "Yo, you still need movers?"I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE MET MORE UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS. I will be reporting them EVERYWHERE, and ensuring that I bring the contract that they sent through to me.I ended up using Great Movers last minute. They came to my rescue. They are AMAZING. I wish I could give Medina Moving a negative review here. Avoid at all costs.

I needed help moving a couch at 8 PM. I contacted Felix the day of and both Felix and his colleague were very responsive, professional, flexible, and accommodating esp. in light of the late request. Whether it's a small move or a complete move out, I would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!
