Amazing service all around. From call to move, MakeSpace was extremely efficiently. Shout out to Angel, Eddie, and Sam. The Best!What to expect: they will drop off bins and wardrobe boxes so you can pack. The movers bring boxes and blankets on the day of the move for almost every item you can imagine so everything is handled with great care. The movers will take pictures of the big items before wrapping for online inventory management. For 1bd apt move, took about 2.5 hrs. Hoping they keep up the good work and expect delivery back is as swift as the pickup.

I had to move literally @ the last minute and the thought of hiring a moving company, renting a truck and lugging my things into a storage space was draining. They literally took care of it all for about the same price it would have cost me to do it myself. No Brainer! Thanks again MakeSpace

This is the best thing to have happened to me since moving to the city. Scheduling is easy, customer service is great, the pick up teams are friendly and fast. I was stressed with moving and they were the only thing about my move that worked! I would recommend MakeSpace to anyone needing to move. It's worth it and super easy!

I'm not on here much unless I'm really pissed off or extremely happy. The experience as a whole was worth every dime. It's twice as expensive (depending on your unit size and length of stay) as a normal storage facility, but what you get is 'peace of mind' - and thats priceless. My husband and I moved 4 clothing boxes, 10 bins and several miscellaneous furniture pieces including our 65" flat screen.Using the website was super easy and self explanatory. Their customer service was amazing. Even before we booked, they followed up to see if we was still interested and to advise that space was on a first-come, first-serve basis. They ask that you book in advance, and schedule the drop-off (of packing supplies) and pick-up (packed items) as soon as possible.The team that picked up was a huge 5-6 person team, they were in and out in less than 2-3 hours. Their wrapping skills rivaled my own and were very careful with our fragile items. The crew was personable, efficient and very professional.The phone app clearly listed each packaged item with it's own barcode and a corresponding photo. We just had our stuff dropped off today (3-4 months of storage) with a two person team and they were in and out in less than an hour, stacked our items neatly in the corner and were the most friendly and respectful duo ever. Made sure not to throw our stuff around and were extremely careful not to scuff our newly sanded/polished floors. I highly recommend MakeSpace to all my friends - it's VERY expensive, but they take all the work out of moving your things to storage, which in my opinion is the worst part of it all.TL;DRExpensive, but worth it.Hate carting your shit back and forth to storage? MakeSpace does all of that for you. All you do is call to schedule the drop-off of FREE packing supplies (bins and clothing boxes) and pick up date, pack your shit and let them handle the bagging and tagging of everything else. They create an online inventory of everything which can be viewed on your account.

I had a big move coming up where I needed to put all my belongings in storage - I was dreading it!!  However, once I decided to use MakeSpace, everything came into place.  They delivered the bins ahead of time as promised and they come stacked so they don't take up a bunch of room.  I loved the fact the bins are reusable, as I hate all the waste moving creates.  The days leading up I had constant changes as to what I was going to have stored and they were great with adjusting my estimate.  Once the day arrived, I hustled to get everything ready (and my only feedback is they were about 2 hours later than planned - but I needed the extra time). Once they arrived I showed them the everything and they began to document and log items directly into their system and load it all out.  They were great at protecting the bigger furniture, wrapping it well. Less than 2 hours later it was done! Thanks Make Space team!
