I used the Long Distance Moving Experts a while back to help me make the switch to a new house. My situation is pretty normal and did not have anything super difficult to bring over except one obstacle that I was really nervous about. I needed them to take apart the home movie theater that I have set up in the basement and put it back together in the new place. There is a huge projector screen and 10 movie theater seats that were bolted to the ground. They were more than happy to accommodate me and help me set up the theater in the new place. These was also a medium sized water fountain that had been sitting in my backyard for about 7 years. They uprooted it and gave it a new home in the new residence. If there are any hard or unusual parts about your moving job than these guys are the guys you need to hire. They work around the obstacles presented and find a way to get the job done.

They weren't pushy at all on sales which was kinda nice to see. The estimate was free & they even made the effort to come to my place & do it in person. I mentioned to the lady on the phone I wanted to know the actual price so they sent someone to my place.  I was shipping furniture that was selling to a good friend in New Orleans. They gave me the # of the dispatcher & I briefly met the truck driver. I shared that info with my buddy who I was shipping everything to. Spoke to him last week about it. Everything arrived undamaged & the moving guys were nice enough to rearrange stuff a couple times until it looked good where it was. Thanks for making it easy.

All communications with my chief contact, Joseph, were easy and clear.  I also had total confidence with the supervisor of the actual move.  A friend of mine assured me that the price was extremely reasonable.  They contacted me prior to the move, and prior to their arrival on that day.  While they gave me a two-hour window, they were right on time for the first hour, if not a bit early, with a courteous phone call to alert me. My interstate move included a grand piano, which was no problem for these guys.  Some movers I've used in the past have claimed to have piano-moving experience, but clearly didn't know what they were doing. However, Long Distance Moving Experts did know exactly what to do. In fact, they let me know that the last movers had put the legs on the wrong sides. I watched with appreciation as they took considerable care with my most precious possession. I had agreed to move the date up a bit in order to accommodate their schedule. In return, they accommodated the fact that my preparation was a bit rushed.  On the day of the move, they generously added some extra boxes that they provided, and packed, taped, and labeled everything for no extra charge.  For my clothes, they provided a very convenient wardrobe box with a bar across the inside. This made transferring my clothes to my new closet very easy. There were pre-printed labels with my name, the order number, and the number.  This info was duplicated on the supervisor's list.  During the move, there were several ways in which my concerns were acknowledged and acted upon cheerfully and efficiently, so that any stress I had before the move evaporated while it was happening. After I'd signed up and paid for a higher level of insurance than I needed, I was advised of the appropriate change that should be made, and of the refund I would be entitled to recieve, and which I promptly received. I'm sure that I've left some things out regarding all the good things they did, as the list would be even longer than this long review.  However, if I have to move again, I will certainly contact Long Distance Moving Experts without hesitation, and I would recommend them to anyone.

When shopping around for a service to help transport some large items I came across Long Distance Moving Experts. Gaby was very kind and helped me with all my questions. The customer service was excellent and professional.

Used these guys for auto transportation for 2 cars- mine and my girlfriends. Never done auto transportation before and decided to give it a shot. Super easy! They were able to transport both cars in the same day with no problem. Prices were reasonable, can't complain. Awesome customer service. And they were very knowledgeable. All questions we had were answered which made us more comfortable using their service. Glad we had found LDME. Definitely made our move 100x easier. Easy to work with and everything was professionally done.
