My husband and I had a great experience with Integrity movers.  We moved from Astoria to the UES in early December and everything went smoothly and the PRICE WAS RIGHT!! Our building required proof of insurance which made the cost a little more, but still cheaper than other places.  The guys wrapped everything well, all went smoothly and timely.  There were no surprises when they arrived at 8:00 the morning of.Everyone was highly professional and we always got answers to our emails and phone calls.  Two pegs to our bed were misplaced, which we did discover when we were trying to put out bed back together after a very long day.  My husband called Integrity right then at about 9:00 pm and everyone was very apologetic and didn't know who misplaced them.The next day they followed up with us to see if we had found them, they had not.  He told us to purchase the necessary pieces and send the bill to them, which was very generous. We know it was just an accident and the replacement pieces were free at IKEA, however it was nice to know that they really want to make sure the customer has a pleasant experience.

These guys were great movers - they did the job quickly and professionally, not damaging anything at all. Frank is super friendly, helpful, and awesome. They were on time and ended on time, too, and stuck to their original quote.The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of more is because although they were really friendly and nice, they complained quite a bit (all day) about how hard the move was. Granted, it was a tough move, but Frank had come out to see the place beforehand and saw that it was a 4th floor walkup with a narrow staircase, so they shouldn't have been surprised. It sucked that our couch got stuck and they had to remove some of the frame, but that's what we were paying them for, you know? Then, when it was time to pay them, we gave what we thought was a generous tip to each man, and they acted all pissed off and insulted, even the foreman. So out of guilt, we gave them more - way more than I've ever given to movers. The result was that even though the move was fine and it all went well, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth and felt guilted out of money. I did use a different mover for my next move who very graciously and gratefully accepted the tip that I usually give and had tried to offer to Integrity at first. Anyway, I definitely recommend these guys if you want a good, professional move done at a good price, just know up front what you plan to tip and stick to it, even if they complain!

After a really bad experience with another moving company beginning with the word "flat" I was looking for a moving company that would move my items with destroying or losing my furniture which happened previously. Frank and his team worked with us in a professional manner and like a well oiled machine, the guys got the move done without any problems. My furniture arrived safe and complete! We are happy :)

My third time using Integrity in NYC in 10 years and they are just outstanding fantastic.  The name is no joke.  I've had several crews, including Frank himself, and this time it was another.  Four man job, my own packing (I probably have the equivalent of a 3 or 4br job) which took almost 7 or 8 hours, one stop in manhattan and one storage stop in LIC.  This time as usual the crew worked extremely hard, took a short lunch break, no complaining about the giant number of over 100lb boxes i packed (note to self: smaller boxes!) showed up early, did i mention work their butts off?  Their rate hasn't changed since 2001, they're registered, insured, and the new and bigger truck that showed up was nice too.  They have never broken anything of mine ever, the most serious casualty was a dented garbage can.  I'm sure I just jinxed myself but that's pretty good.  The downside?  Well, I didn't get free packing supplies and tape etc this time, but for the second time in a row they came under the time estimate and i had way more stuff.  No reason to deduct a star because i like free stuff.  there aren't many things that cost the same as they did 10 years ago.   No question in my mind i will use them again.

The actual quality of service provided was fine, but the final charge for my move from Brooklyn to the UWS came out to 2.5 times what I'd been quoted!  They charge by the hour (I couldn't get a binding estimate out of them), and the work got done at a snail's pace.  The guys took their time wrapping everything more painstakingly than necessary, and when it came time to carry things, the guys were lightweights (they carried 1 at a time the little book boxes the guys from my last move had carried 2 or 3 at a time).  They also took a lunch break on my time, although the job had been scheduled to start at noon - they arrived early, started the clock, and then ate lunch on my time - I called the foreman to ask where the movers had vanished to, and he told me "they're loading the truck" - then I looked out the window and saw them all coming back from the sandwich shop.  And the truck mysteriously took an extra half hour between the two apartments.  Basically, it seems the name of the game was to expand (by whatever means possible) the number of hours charged, and so the final bill was much higher than it should have been.  I'm sure they'll do a good job if you can get a binding estimate from them, but if not, be forewarned!
