I had come across this company driving one day and decided I would use this company to make a move from Queens to Brooklyn . The owner sent a representative to look at my apt and give me an estimate . We were very clear in what we asked . On the day of the move on October 29, 2016, the mover showed up with a group of 5 men . They packed the truck top to bottom , front to back . They used no blankets , no protection of belongings . They had to make two trips . During this move , they broke my microwave cart ( handed me a wheel and said it fell off ) , I watched a man drag my table leaf across a concrete step ( damaging it ) , damaged my new dining room table ( scratched laminate right off table face ). They brought the beds in all disassembled and then told me they should have charged me another $200 to reassemble? , And I argued with them about this . After 2 hrs of trying to put beds together  and what I thought was done , I paid them , gave them a tip . I walked into my master bedroom and and tapped my platform bed frame and the whole thing fell off ! They were missing screws and bolts , nothing was secured ! I checked my babies crib, the headboard was put on backwards , I checked my daughter's bed , they secured on 4 of 12 crossbeams that support the bed , they had lost all the bolts to my bed , my daughter's bed . I called the owner  twice to explain , he said they were "frazzled" with the beds ! His only offer was for them to come and fix the bed . He totally disregarded my issues with all the damaged /broken furniture . When I asked him about compensation , I was told " well that's not going to happen " touting how he has been in business for 40years ! I have never ever experienced anything like this , I have never heard any business owner not accept responsibility for what occurred and what was damaged ! NEVER NEVER use this company. A complete rip off , never pay them until you have thoroughly looked at all your furnishings . They take the money and run ! Completely dissatisfied and disappointed !
