Unreliable Unprofessional Moving Company We had a confirmed move for two weeks from New York to Texas. There was constant pleasant email communication up to days before the move. On the day of the move we waited and waited for the truck. We called the company and were told that there was a back up and the first available truck would be coming. Two hours later we call again and then found out our move was canceled! Due to Max's incompetence he confused an email sent to him from someone else, as one sent from us claiming he was going to be reported to the Better Business Bureau ( I can see why now). So in that correspondence our move was canceled! Being the communication was not with us, we had no idea. When we did call and we were told there was a back up, there was no reason to think our move was canceled. We sat around all day waiting for a truck that wasn't coming. We had a packed up apartment and no moving truck for a long distance move with our lease up in one day. After multiple tries we finally found another company, but not before having a complete meltdown and stress. The mistaken identity is a reflection on inexperience and an unprofessional handling. After reading the previous review on this company I am glad we didn't end up using them. In retrospect, it's better we went with a larger more established professional company. Lesson learned, cheaper rates equal cheaper inexperienced service.

This is such a shady business.  Under BBB, they are called Reliable Spine Movers and have an F rating.  Under 123movers.com, their legal name is Reliable Spine but they are DBA Go Movers, but their website and e-mail addresses and everything else is called Best Moves One.  (I figured all this out by searching by phone # and comparing all license codes.)   So we hired Best Moves One because they were responsive, I couldn't find any negative reviews when I googled that particular name, and they quoted us $225 for our small move (1 bedroom moving 17 blocks, both bldgs have elevators), this was a last-minute move and I didn't have time to do in-depth research.  They were one hour late, they moved super slow, they charged us to wrap our mattress, which they didn't tell us they were going to do ($50).  Our $225 estimate turned into $485 + tip for 3 guys.  I wrote them a complaint e-mail saying that their estimates need to be slightly more on target , but surprise, their once quick responsiveness has turned into no response.
