I use other FedEx spots for work, this is my second option. It could be better managed than other spots. While i've been here more times without an issues.There have been 3 times where they've been "difficult" due to their own incompetence, so i'd rather walk further sometimes, for certain shipments and go to Lexington Av.So, not the worst, but not the best.Great thing working in midtown allows for so many options.

The self-service printing option is potentially great, particularly with the option to send your files directly from your phone via email and print them using a retrieval code. However, when something goes wrong as it did today, having only one guy at the register with a parsimonious attitude can be a serious bottleneck.

This location of fedex is very conveniently located near the diamond and jewelry district buzz.Not only is the shipping in huge quantities but its extremely important to get these out in time.I go there very often to do all our office shipping.The service you receive by the the couple of people who work there is incredible.They work at a speed that always leaves me speechless.There is always a line but it moves really fast.They are extremely accommodating unlike some other fedex centers.Once while doing an international form, I forgot to fill out an important form.As soon as he asked me for the form, I was like "Darn, I would hate to go back to the office to fill it out."Without me even saying anything, he filled out the form online and just asked me for an approval in the end.It took him an extra 10 mins whereas he could have easily asked me to come back.I think that was what good customer service is all about.I have been to other fedex locations, but this one is by far my favorite.

Let me start by saying, whenever I need to ship anything of importance, I ship it FedEx. This location offers all the services you would expect from a FedEx (formally Kinkos) location. You can purchase packing supplies, print presentations, use the computer, drop off Express and Ground packages. Management is amazing and the entire staff is very friendly. The staff works hard to make sure your satisfied before you leave. This location is unique, in that it is located in the heart of the diamond district and is the only authorized high value drop off location. So if you a business that needs to ship a package (insured with FedEx) for more than $1000, it can only be dropped off at this location if not picked up by the courier. Overall, I would recommend this location to others. Happy Yelping :)
