My move was handled by Earth Relocation on door to door basis. I waited on putting my feedback online until I received the goods and the transaction has been completed. I can now evaluate the whole process and add my comments . The start was good, crew of 3 came on time, brought all the materials for international packing, did a walk through before and after the packing was completed and also got documents signed. The packers were Spanish and seemed very clean and organized. Then came the invoice which was 6% over my estimate but they had given me a possible variation of 10% due to containerization so I was fine. Their partner here in Chile - Decapack was also a very good company and they contacted me as soon as my stuffs left from US. Overall my moving experience was fine. The only downside was a 10 day delay in receiving the goods then what I had expected but I can live with that.

I was very happy with the overall service, especially the simplified pricing, and the way you guys were able to handle business. I had a lot of belongings, that I had to move out of downtown Los Angeles, and over to the valley. So when I found you guys I was very happy that I gave you guys a call. Because at the end of the day customer service is what counts. And you guys were magnificent. Good luck with your business.I will definitely recommend.

Earth Relocation is really great and I'll absolutely use them again.  I've moved with them twice:  once for an international move and once for a local move.  Samir is really great at explaining everything and helping prep.  He's responsive and ind and easy to work with.Both times the moving teams were kind, respectful, careful, quick and efficient.  For the local move there was a delay in arrival but - given the time and route - I am fairly certain it was truly due to rush hour traffic.  Probably for the local move the cost is a little higher than for a typical (non-international) mover, but the level of care and reliability is well worth it to me.

Try filtering this review out. These guys came to my apartment in Astoria to ship 27 boxes to Hong Kong on July 2nd and said it would take 8-10 weeks. We called to check the status of the shipment with Matt who has been saying for about 4 weeks now that he wouldn't be able to give us a date our goods would arrive until 8/22-this was after he said a 'Courtney' whom I've never met would be able to tell me. After just getting off the phone with him for the fifth time and having to reintroduce myself and my circumstances finally said 'I'll call you.' I've told him already that I moved to Hong Kong and email would be the only way to reach me. When I pressed him on it he said that it wasn't him but Samir who would know what the deal is. Well, my items finally arrived near the end of October. It apparently was sitting on a dock in Jersey for a month for no other reason than that these idiots just had no idea what to do with a box.DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MORONS

"Worst moving experience ever"Charged twice as much as they estimated. The shipment was supposed to be delivered within 6-8 weeks but it took them 15 weeks. Almost every piece of furniture including brand new TV was damaged. Total ripoff! Big mistake choosing this company for my move. Be smart and get someone else to do the job.
