They had no moving materials, nothing to wrap the furniture with to prevent damages. After I complained they brought some covers for the furniture. They then decided to take only the big furniture that could fit and promised to bring a bigger truck the following day at 3.p.m

Don't use this company. Just don't. My moving experience was an absolute nightmare. If you read nothing else in this review, I encourage you to read this: We agreed on a VERY good tip, much better than they deserved, one that was put together for the sole purpose of getting them the hell out of our apartment. After hearing them complain about the tip amount for a good couple minutes, the guy came back and CORNERED ME, a little 20-something female, in my bedroom to demand a better tip. He blocked the door and would not let me out unless I agreed to talk to my roommates about increasing their tip. I ripped him a new one, but they continued to loiter about in the apartment until we gave in to the bullying because they were so inappropriate that we were afraid for our safety.We were quoted (in writing) $100/hour for 3 movers, insurance included, furniture wrapping is free, no extra charges, credit cards accepted, and pay after the move is completed.This is not even close to what we got. When they arrived - surprise! They brought a fourth guy, and raised the cost to $130/hour. They didn't really give us the option to not use him, and claimed that even if we didn't it would only bring us down to $110/hour. Still not right.Then came the extra charges. Wrapping our mattresses cost $20/mattress. They insisted on using big boxes to consolidate our items, $20/box. They didn't even get our consent to use the boxes, they just started throwing things in.At this point he told us we had to pay by cash or certified check before they started unloading the truck. When we told him that's not what we were told, all we got was a "Sorry they told you that, but they're wrong." Worth noting that his tone was very unapologetic, in fact his face and tone suggested that he was mocking us. Our banks aren't open that early on a Saturday morning to get a certified check, so we had to get enormous amounts of cash out of the ATM.After they started the process, the guy came back in and told us that he KNOWINGLY parked in front of a fire hydrant, and we would be responsible for the resulting ticket. Again, no apologies, instead he became very snarky about it.Before they left, they added up the charges to tell us what we had to pay them before they unloaded at our new apartment. They told us to pay for 2 hours of transit up front (our new place was literally 10 minutes away), and WAY overestimated the time it would take to unload, saying we owed $900 up front. I had to leave first so that someone could meet them there and someone could stay and supervise them in the apartment, but I only had 2/3 of the money to give, the rest was coming with my other roommate, which apparently was such a big problem that they stopped halfway through claiming it was impossible for them to go on without the remaining money. Again, we were told we were paying AFTER the move, yet they refused to finish the job without the GROSSLY OVERESTIMATED lump sum of cash in their hands.Any box that was CLEARLY labelled as fragile was not handled as such, in fact each one ended up on the bottom of a pile. They did not treat our furniture with any sort of care, my mattress is now damaged and my dresser is practically falling apart.In the end, they did refund us the excess money, but not without a "reminder" that we needed to tip them, which was only the 10th or so time they mentioned it. Real classy. Best part? They didn't give us a receipt, even though we asked for one repeatedly. Then we got sent a link to a review site that we cannot use unless we attach a receipt proving that we were paying customers. Thanks, guys.

Never book these people. Listen to everyone else. They are unprofessional, rude, aggressive, dropped several things, and constantly trying to get you to pay more for things and argue about everything. Horrible company. Huge mistake.

One of the biggest mistakes I have ever made is not reading these reviews before using this awful awful service. FIRST they took no precautions in moving anything--packing extremely heavy items on fragile things and banging things against the walls. THEN once they got to our new apartment they said we had to pay twice the price we agreed too, when we said we would not they went back to the truck to drive away only stopping at our yells that we would pay it. THEN when they could not easily get our sofa in the door, leaving holes and marks everywhere at our entrance, they left our sofa outside our apartment and drove away saying it is our fault it didn't fit (I was able to get the sofa in by the way and I'm not a "professional" mover). THEY ARE A SCAM! The best decision you can make in your moving process is to not use them.

SCAM! They should not even be given 1 star when I kid you not they are 0 Stars ! Do not use unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money for the rudest most unprofessional and overall worst movers EVER.
