I ask for their service today my schedule is at 11 am they let me wait the whole day with my 10 month old baby. First, I called them asking if they are coming since its 1058 am they told me they got caught in a traffic so by 12 noon they will be here. By 11:41 am they called to inform that 3-4 pm they are at queensborough bridge traffic till i waited until 340 called them again! They said 40 mins again and again till 644 pm they arrived, i kept calling they wont answer my phone call turn into voicemail which is not set up..they didnt handle my furniture with Care. They just use light brown packaging tape then all my furniture went blown away  you can heard it on the front seat. They even told me i can go with them yet they want to charge me 40 dollars for that! Also they broke my furnitures and even some of my stuff since it took them time i bought some they broke my soda i dont know how it happen and my pledge etc all are broken and cant be used then they blame me ask me i should carry those i said how can i carry those i have a baby which i use a body carrier. They said they only handle furniture not other stuff! And for soda its just a dollar and the rest they never mention even telling me they wasted their 5 hrs ??!!! Is it my mistake and problem???!! They even ask for a tip i said no!! And even dont wat to screw the mirror in they said its another fee??!!! It says clearly in their ads they do those !! Now i am trying to call the person or their office they never bother to answer the phone because they know i will complain!!! I even just use an hr but since it needs min 2 hrs but pooor service nightmare!!!!! Do not try to use them!

I arranged for Barclays to move into my studio apartment in Manhattan from New Jersey. I had taken a day off from work to be present. They stated they would arrive within a 1 hour period in the afternoon, giving enough time to move into my building before my elevator time was up. Towards the end of the 1 hour window, they still had not arrived. I called the driver to inquire and kept reaching a voice mail box that had not been set up. I called the moving company and was told the drivers were stuck at the bridge in traffic. Never mind that googlemaps did not show any traffic at the GWB. There was no apology for not taking the initiative to call me and let me know in the first place. A half hour passed beyond my window and I was getting nervous about making it to my apartment before the elevator slot ended. Again, I was unable to reach the driver. I called the company again, and the same guy on the other end started yelling at me, stating, "You know, this happens all the time!" (Funny, because their website states clearly that they are always on time!). Then he states, there's no traffic at the bridge, but something wrong with their truck. He offered to dispatch another truck, now 2 hours after they were supposed to arrive. Mind you, I made every single phone call. No one ever tried to call me to give me updates. I had to cancel, but not until he gave me a lecture on again, how this happens "all the time." I'm going to have to wait another week to move (now, with another mover) because of this incompetent company. Word to the wise-- please please do not use this company, unless you want a complete waste of your time.
