Mike Price made shipping my car from CA to NC incredibly stress free. This was the smoothest part of my move from coast to coast.  Mike was the only one who promptly returned my calls and answered my many questions thoroughly and honestly.  He doesn't lie - he is a broker, they don't own their own trucks (no one does and if they tell you they do they are lying), but there is no payment until your car is picked up, which I liked compared to other broker companies.  But the company he found for me (Karl Holt Trucking LLC) was extremely professional and fast.  There was no "pickup window" as there was with many other companies I got quotes from - they picked my car up on the day and time they said they would and told me they would be in NC in three days! Sure enough, they were right on time (within 30min of the estimated delivery time) in NC three days later.  Thank you Mike and Karl Holt Trucking!

Earlier this month Auto Shipper Express/shipauto.com transported a vehicle for us from Massachusetts to North Carolina. I got quotes from several carriers and shipauto.com (which was recommended by Mayflower Movers) was in the middle price-wise, but the professionalism and customer service was superior from the beginning. So many carriers are middle men. They pick up your vehicle and then pass it around until they find someone who can make the delivery and you won't receive it for more than a week. I worked with Mike Price at Auto Shipper Express and he assured us that the driver who picked up the car would be the one to deliver it, and he was. In fact, the car was picked up on a Friday afternoon in Massachusetts and delivered on Saturday morning in North Carolina. Mike clearly explained the process and responded quickly to email and phone calls. In an industry that can be a bit shady, Auto Shipper Express/shipauto.com is a gem. We highly recommend their service.

Called Mike after dealing with a horrible company that strung me along for a week without shipping my car, they kept asking for more money (after I signed a contract). So I called Mike and he found a driver to pick up my car the next day. The driver unfortunately hit very bad traffic and didn't get it until the next day but they more then made up for it in how fast they shipped my car. very happy and would highly recommend if you are shipping a car. Mike was very informative and took the time to answer my questions.
