All Moving and Storage doesn't deserve any stars. Just negative stars. First, any moving company should NEVER require a deposit down. Lesson learned. This company aka Joe is nice when they want your business/money but they are a scam and will take all your money and not follow through on anything they say once they have it. They will not call you back or be professional in any way. What ever you do NEVER choose All Moving and Storage! Please learn from my mistake.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  If I could give negative​ stars, I would. At the beginning, in order to get the job, they promise you delivery in 7-10 days unlike other companies who were forthright about 21 days. Had Joe been honest and stated 21 days, my story would have been different. My original pick up day was scheduled for 3/23. When I didn't receive a confirmation call by 3/22,  I called Joe who informed me dispatch had been trying to reach me and couldn't. This was his second outright lie. They had my cell phone number and I received many other calls that day so, bottom line, they never attempted. Joe then informed me they wanted to pick my belongings up on 3/24 because the truck would be leaving directly to FL after my pickup for a delivery on 3/27 (his 3rd lie) I requested a 3/28 delivery at that time as we were driving from MA to FL ourselves and wanted to guarantee we'd be here. Joe said "no problem" (his 4th lie). Friday, 3/24, EMPTY truck from Brooklyn shows up at my MA door. The drivers, from Experienced Movers,  inform me my belongings would be going back to Brooklyn for delivery by 4/28. I inform the driver of my conversation with Joe and he responds he knows nothing about that but I  will get a call 24 hrs before scheduled delivery. He hands me a piece of paper stating they have the "BEST" customer service and to call anytime for updates. On 3/28, I contacted Julia from Experienced Movers and was advised my delivery hasn't been scheduled yet because "you stated today was the earliest possible day.". I advised her I was told by Joe it was supposed to be delivered that day and she said "no, that would be incorrect". I requested to speak to a mgr but was informed they were not in yet but she'd have them call me when they arrived. 1:30, I call again as I still had not heard anything and was informed mgr was still not in. With that, I call All Moving and request to speak to Joe who, I'm informed by Dwayne, stepped out for about 10 mins but "I'll have him call you back". 1 1/2 hours later I call again and am told by Dwayne again Joe is still not in but he'll call him on his cell phone and ask he call me back. At 4:30, my husband called from is cell phone and, lo and behold, Joe answers the phone. When my husband identifies himself, Joe starts babbling BS that Julia has already explained the situation to me and it is out of his hands. I'm sorry, but my contract was between All Moving and me and it should've stayed "in his hands" until delivery was complete.  After listening to him spew more lies that he didn't promise a delivery for 3/28 and denying stating the truck was coming directly to FL after my pickup, my husband hung up on him because he had heard enough of his lying crap. When I called Julia again the next day, I was informed it would be put on the truck Friday, 3/31 and to call her after 3:00 to confirm. I called at 3:01 and was advised nothing was loaded that day because "it was raining" but to call her the next day, Saturday, for an update. I confirmed she'd be working and she stated "yes, until 5:00". I attempted to call her at 3:00, received no answer so left a message requesting a call back. When I didn't receive one, I called again at 4:30. When I, again, received a voice message, I hung up. Knowing they were closed on Sunday, I did not call them but did at 9:00 Monday morning and left a message, again. Approximately 10 mins later, I received return call from Julia advising she didn't appreciate all my calls, especially the ones where I didn't leave a message. I reminded her that they have the "BEST​" CUSTOMER SERVICE and if she didn't return my calls I would continue to call her until I reached her. She, at that point, informed me she would call me when there is an update on my belongings and there would be no reason to call her again.
